We've been using this hotel for short Memphis stays for nearly a decade. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but the building on the inside is in dire need of renovation/upgrading. The clientele seems to have changed as well. I truly felt sorry for the front desk staff having to deal with unruly guests. The fire department came out... More

In a nutshell, this is an inexpensive lodging choice and here are the reasons why it should be... 1. Rooms are a bit 'tired' and show wear. 2. No real dining options without driving over a mile and for real choices, more like 5 miles. 3. Continental breakfast ts the same daily. Except when they run out of fruit, yogurt... More

This was our first experience at a Sleep Inn and we were surprised at how nice the room was. It was plenty large, with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and king size bed. The shower was outstanding. The down side of the room was the paper-thin walls. We had a young amorous couple next door and the sound got a... More

Made a trip to see the opera. Choose to stay here because it was cheaper then were we stayed at before. Also stayed here because of the indoor pool. Breakfast was okay but could of been better.Good location next to the highway.Didn't like being next to the Motel 6.This is the second Sleep Inn we have stayed at.We would stay here... More

The rooms were big and very clean. There was only a shower, which was nice, clean and roomy. The floors were the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. The only downside was the location. It was easy on and off the Interstate. The neighborhood just past the hotel was not as great. It is not a good sign... More

Our first experience at a Sleep Inn. We stayed in a middle room on the 2nd floor and had an easy walk down the steps to walk our small dog. Right near I-40, so you can go anywhere easily. My family lives nearby so very convenient for us. There is a security person every night that we were there. Never... More

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great with fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, and the usual hotel breakfast offerings. Blackout curtains kept the room nice and dark. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We went around six on a saturday night and had the pool to ourselves. Only complaint is that our fridge wouldn't stay very cold.

We needed to stay in Memphis while spending as little as possible, and we got a bargain rate with Sleep Inn. The neighborhood is a demilitarized zone, but the hotel itself was very secure and pleasant, clean and comfortable. The room was in perfect condition, wifi worked without a hitch, and the family was very happy there. The boys were... More

I recently had an overnight stay in this Sleep Inn. I was there with a choir of 62 teenagers. We were on tour. The staff was very helpful and quick to get us checked in. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The free breakfast was typical of what you would expect. The coffee was great! I would... More

Stayed 6/19-20/2014--was nice stay. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Wasn't too sure about the area, but turned out to be ok. Good location for going to downtown, Graceland, big Wolfchase mall and a fun place for kids and dinner called Incredible Pizza.( games, go carts, lazer, mini golf and more). A little better than continental brkfast. Malcolm was esp. Helpful... More
