The hotel was very clean and all of the employees were very friendly. I was pleased that the parking was in a gated area and the doors into the hotel except for the main entrance required a hotel key card. The area around the hotel seemed nice. The free hot breakfast was good. The Perkins restaurant across the street was... more

We've stayed at this Drury before but it has really gone downhill since last time. The air conditioner wouldn't come on and we had to get that fixed. Then the ice machines were always empty. Seems Drury is offering special deals to buses full of sports teams and vacationers. The breakfast bar was out of hot food five minutes after... more

We found this hotel thanks to a coupon. SO GLAD we did. The staff was delightful and the room was excellent. An old hotel that has been refurbished. Very clean and updated. This experience introduced us to the Drury Inn chain. We sought out other Drury Inns for the rest of our 4 week vacation. The hotel manager came by... more

I have mixed feelings about this hotel-- it would have been perfectly adequate hotel if I hadn't been expecting something like the newer Drury Inns. It's a decent place, with all the typical Drury amenities (breakfast, phone calls, fridge/microwave, friendly staff) and convenient to the highway. It's just not as fancy as the newer Drury Inns. Check roomsavers.com for a... more

We've stayed at Drury Inn's in the past with good success (for a chain hotel)...we appreciate that they allow pets...since we were in the process of moving (and had our dog with us) we booked a room at the Drury in Memphis for one night. The receptionist wasn't pleasant, but she wasn't exactly rude...just not helpful (for example, did not... more

My wife and I like Drury Inns for the value, cleanliness and nice extras which are included free of charge. This Memphis Drury Inn, although not bad, was not up to the standards we expect from this chain. Cleanliness at this Memphis location was somewhat below par. more

We were traveling thru Memphis on our way to Dallas TX for a wedding with a few stops on the way and back. This was our first time in Memphis, TN and we were sooo excited. But I didn't research the motel good enough. This place is a good 15 minutes away from downtown Memphis. It was not in a... more

We appreciate hearing from our guests and thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with the pool being cloudy during your stay. We had a number of groups staying with us that week and the pool was utilized frequently. However, we do use bromide tablets, instead of chlorine, that is automatically pumped into the pool...

I have been staying at the Drury for the last couple of years, this was the only place I would stay. My Daughter went to school in Memphis and just graduated, than I thought that this would be my last stay at this Drury. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are CLEAN. My son's high school band stayed at this hotel while on a trip to play at Graceland. The staff was accommodating. The continental breakfast iwas good and included Belgian waffles. There was a waffle house next door, which I didn't visit. more

What you get for the money at the Drury Inn is terrific. Lots of free extras (great breakfast, nightly snacks and drinks) plus clean spacious rooms and helpful staff for a very reasonable price. We have stayed at the Drury Inn in Nashville a few times and loved it and so when we planned a trip to Memphis we wanted... more
