My wife and I stayed here on our stay in Memphis. We found the staff extremely helpfull and courteous. The rooms were excellent . The location is wonderful. The only improvement is a walkway from the hotel to the giant mall at the rear.

This was our second stay at this Holiday Inn as we also stayed last year in May 2012. This is a very clean, organized and well-laid out hotel. Seems like its brand new. This is a great hotel. Very clean, had a nice lobby very modern and great service. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was easy to find. It also had good access to I 40. I will stay there again when we pass through.

This was such a nice hotel! Very clean, nice lobby, rooms were immaculate, comfortable beds- fairly room. I aslo like the location - we were visiting Memphis & frankly I don't think I would have felt comfortable staying downtown. This was a super nice location.

Terrible location. Had to pay for a terrible breakfast. In the middle of a huge parking lot by the loud highway. The manager was barking loudly at employees while I was trying to relax in the lobby. House keeping team was great, but I won't be back. Too far from everything in Memphis worth seeing.

This hotel is definitely one of the better Holiday Inns ! The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The hotel location isn't bad either, it's near the mall and quite a few restaurants. You have to pay for breakfast though , but I rather pay for something I like than free crap !!

Recently stayed three nights at this hotel. When I checked in Jay did a great job welcoming me. However, my co-worker checked in seperatly and didn't have as glowing of an experience. I would stay here again. Breakfast food was good, friendly staff and clean and safe location.

We stayed here a couple of nights on our points. They upgraded us to the Club Level or Priority Level, whatever they call it. The hotel is new, clean, modern and well set up. Conference rooms are available there, also. The staff was helpful and polite. The only drawback was the breakfast buffet. $10 for a cold unflavorful breakfast. The... More
