Where else could you possibly stay when going to visit Gracelands. The heartbreak Hotel is in a perfect location and although a little tired this hotel meets your requirements. The staff are friendly and the bus into Beale Street $5 is convenient to take you into Memphis. I was a bit hesitant and worried that the hotel was going to... More

The hotel wasn't bad... it's dated but they keep it clean. The walls were paper thin, we were woken up several times during the night if people were walking down the hallway or talking in the room next door. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper too. The mattresses were not comfortable either. The breakfast sucked.. there were just some stale bagels... More

I like Elvis Presley, but my husband is a really big fan. So, as a surprise I arranged a stay here for him. We got a package which included a special VIP tour of Graceland (which I highly recommend) that included special busses and put us at the head of all lines and we got to enter a couple of... More

We enjoyed our night here. It was a great experience. The hotel run a shuttle to Beale Street which was really convenient . At $5 each way its good value . Shuttles leave hourly and return on the half hour. The hotel has a bar with great value meals and we were also able to leave our car in the... More

This is normally a 2-3 Star Hotel. I gave it 4 stars because of its location to Graceland, unique and quirky Elvis theme (which primed me for my visit) and 24 hour reception. There is nothing like this, period. Forget about the plastic plates and cutlery, dated and tired rooms and low IQ night staff. This is a must if... More

This hotel is remarkable. I have stayed several times and it is always just amazing. If you like Elvis, do not miss staying at this wonderful hotel. It has EVERYTHING about Elvis. I was fortunate to stay in a suite. Unbelievable. I could have had 50 guests for a party if i wanted to . The hotel is full of... More

This was part of a package that came with a tour . Rooms could do with a freshen up for the money. They should be aware of the fact that international travellers are ambassadors for there establishment. So curt, abrupt and aloof attitudes will only do them a disservice if some falter. Keeping in mind that tourism is their bread... More

The hotel feels run down. It is dirty and I felt that the the owners are about getting the most money they can for least amount of effort. The room we got had old beds that sagged when you sat on them. I could feel the spring push through. Room 226 had a strange odor; I wanted to open the... More

Outdated, grubby, plastic cutlery and plates for breakfast. You do not save up and pay good money to go on holidays and eat off a plastic plate. Never again, we stayed one night and then decided to pack up and move on. It is also a long way out of town so there is the added expense of getting there... More

On a road trip... Stayed 1 night at the hotel. It's simple. Kind of pricey for what you get, but let's remember you're in a touristy spot. It has easy access to Graceland and our room package included tickets to tour. King room was sparse and not totally updated, no coffee maker :), but free continental breakfast. There's a cool...
