My first impression upon entering the door was a sewer gas odor. This was quickly trumped by unfriendly receptionist, and complete filth. A "No guns allowed" sign on the door made me wish I had mine, as this appeared to be a shady area. The second party booking company I used had this listed as a 3 star. I'd give... More

We arrived at 3 A.M. for a 6 night stay. The outside of building look very bad. There where men standing outside looking like they where up to no good. When entering the building there was a smell of smoke and urine. We where met at the front desk by a nice, polite man. We where on the 4th floor.... More

I am preparing to move to the Memphis area for a job in Byhalia, MS. So my company tells me to stay here because it's a low rate for my trip to find a place to live. As soon as I walked in the front door, the place smells very musty. And that musty smell continues through all of the... More

Elevator smelled like urin, had to sleep on top of covers because the room was so nasty. Terrible smell everywhere. We stayed on 4th floor and it was like we were the only people there. Mold everywhere. Shower barely worked. Approx 1993 TV made unbearable high pitch sounds whenever it was on. NOT WORTH the 57 bucks we payed!! NOt... More

Worst place I have ever stayed. Pool not open, had to change rooms, not very clean, outside doors didn't lock, and much more wrong. Slept with one eye open. Afternoon lady at desk very helpful when I had several problems, but nothing else as very good.

I had to laugh after reading the other reviews because my experience has been exactly the same. There were zero vacancies anywhere else and we booked this blindly during a family road trip. Not only did the place feel very unsafe, it was horribly filthy and broken down. Think old bottle caps and candy wrappers under the bed, stripped water... More

We stayed here for one night, 2 adults and one child in a double room. It was TERRIBLE! It is a huge hotel, but complete on its way to fall apart. The restaurant is already closed and everything is appears to be falling apart. There where only a couple a rooms occupied and it seems that they only put guest... More

I had the pleasure of being put up here for the night when I missed my connection due to the airline's screw-up. If you read my other reviews, I generally, if anything, lean toward giving hotels the benefit of the doubt and think most cranky reviewers on TripAdvisor have an axe to grind. Not so in this case! It is... More
