Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. You are right across the street from Graceland. You can walk to the visitors center and shops. Felt safe and secure even though the area around is a bit run down. 24/7 security to see who is coming in. Was decorated nice for the holidays. Great place for a nite or two.... more

Heard so much bad things about this place but we all thought it was perfect for what we wanted. We have stayed in alot of rv parks over 3weeks and this was one of the better ones. Great location and facilities but the surrounding area is a little run down and can be a bit intimidating for families to walk... more
Perfect location for a day at Graceland. Park is very clean and located just across the street. Big bus access. Cute offer from BBQ resturant--they will pick you up in a Pink Cadillac and bring you the the resturant---ribs were OK, but the fun of it made it worth while! more
Location, location, location. It has it. Right next door to Graceland...walking distance. Great sites for RVs with cute street names. Even have a relationship with a great BBQ joint that will pick you up in a pink cadillac. Absolutely fantastic service. more

Well maintained with very helpfull management. Convienent to all Memphis attractions. Sites are narrow and most vistors are in "large rigs". Now for the rest of the story.
