This was my second stay at the Peabody. We found a very nice rate at the hotel's web site -- considerably better than the rates found on all of the travel sites -- and they gave us a CD of "blues" with the package. The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable, as expected. Pros: beautiful hotel, lovely details in... More

this is a great motel but I was told the valet parking was included in our club room. The next morning the bill showed a charge for the parking, so I went down the hall and told the lady about this and she said it should have been free and called down stairs and said it had been taken off.... More

We (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed in July 2014 and we loved it. The hotel can be a bit expensive but we got a pretty good rate by dealing with the hotel directly. It's a big, old (historical), clean and gorgeous hotel. Negotiate the upgrade to the Concierge level where you get breakfast, appetizers, refreshments, etc, provided. It was well... More

We drove from Austin, TX for BBQ in Memphis for the weekend! Got a great rate at this hotel because they are currently honoring Military, Police, Firefighters, EMS, etc.! Incredible rate for this beautiful hotel! Two pools, one inside and one outside - great breakfast - friendly staff and rooms were spacious and very clean. Best shower head I think... More

The lobby and mezzanine is wonderful. The ducks charming and the parade very cute. We were not impressed with our room. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. It would never get approved as a design now. the Bathroom door know was very loose and the tp roll falling off. But the customer service comp'd the "resort fee"... More

We were on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the mighty Mississippi. This room, the Deluxe Double, was wonderful. The location is perfect for getting to most of the attractions in Memphis. Beale Street is just two blocks away. The traditional duck march lives up to its hype. Restaurants and shops in the hotel are top notch. Staff... More

If you want or need to use Wi-Fi service this is not the hotel for you. Prices are steep so it seems like the services ought to be readily available. Though they require a service fee which includes Internet service, the service was weak at best and unavailable at worst. No satisfaction and no service fee refund.

I recently moved from AZ to MD and stayed at The Peabody in Memphis along the way. We got a great last-minute rate. The hotel is beautiful, and the room we stayed in was lovely. The bed was perfect! I will definitely return here for a longer stay. Great place in a great location.

I love the Peabody Hotel in Memphis. Everyone is so kind there and the hotel rooms are so luxurious. My Grandma Fanny hasn't been such a shut in since her husband Richard passed away and they sold their farm. Not only did she lose her soulmate but she misses her animals dearly. So I flew her to Memphis with me... More
