The Peabody in Memphis is a beautiful old hotel with a well kept and restored lobby area. A fountain with flowers that is where the "Peabody Ducks" spend their day. It was decorated for Christmas which made it more special. My room came with the buffet breakfast which was very good. The rooms are large and well appointed. The bathroom... More

Simply beautiful hotel - fragrant lobby thanks to the gorgeous flowers over the duck pond. Clean, comfortable, beautiful rooms. Parking lot is a bit of a hike and be prepared to pay $18 per night to use the garage. Free coffee each morning in the lobby but not pot in the room. All in all a wonderful stay.

I spent 3 nights and 4 days at the Memphis Peabody accompanied by my mother for her birthday. There is no denying how beautiful the lobby and surrounding areas were, including the mezzanine. However, that's not what this review is about. You can look at pictures to see the inner workings of the hotel but you truly do not know... More

We stayed at this hotel last year for Memphis in May music festival. It was more expensive than surrounding hotels, but it was closest to festival with rooms available. The staff was normal, rushed & preoccupied. They told me to order food & drinks to the room versus visiting one of the spots located in the hotel. It might have... More

Takes you back to the charm and class of yesteryear. Hotel was beautiful and breathtaking, very vibrant and upbeat. The ducks and Duck Master were great, as were the ducks' quarters. One of the best parts of a Memphis visit. Just few blocks from Beale and the Mississippi River. Staff were awesome. What a wonderful experience!!

The Peabody Hotel Memphis embodies all the luxe and charm of a great historic hotel. The lobby is enchanting with the piano bar and fountain housing the famous Peabody ducks, a must see whether or not you are staying here. The service is impeccable. All staff were gracious and accommodating. The only disappointment is the size of the standard room.... More

This hotel is steeped in history. Make sure you visit the memorabilia room and see the original contract signed by Elvis on the hotel letterhead. The room size is good, bed comfortable and service very good. It is very close to the blues clubs in Beale Street. The duck parade is certainly very unique!

We stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect. It was expensive but it's the Peabody. The rooms and room service were great, the staff, beautiful building and rooms. We went up to the roof to see the birds and our son loved it.

Working holiday...website said they had a business center. What a joke. The attached fedex office is " their business center" and to use the computers at $.30 a minute is outrageous. For $225 a night, also, no hdtv, no on demand tv channel guide, music channels, no room to move in tiny bathroom, no counter space in bathroom, no frig,... More

As a Tennesseean who's been to Memphis a lot, I have driven past and been in the lobby and on the roof of the famous Peabody. And in the olden days before husbands and kids and cats and dogs I even dined at the Sunday brunch. It's a lovely, famous hotel and like all lovely, famous hotels, there are certain... More
