We had heard that the rooms were small. Our upgraded room was very spacious with a nice sitting area. The bedding was very comfortable as well as the robes and other amenities. The hotel Lobby was lovely. The 5pm duck parade created a "buzz" in the Lobby starting ~4pm with people finding the best seats. Very fun and a great... More

Luxury hotel, however the service of the hotel does not live up to the expected standards. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, limited items on the breakfast buffet which is fine however when the staff take a long time to serve you and get the orders wrong it is not satisfying. I was woken by house keeping at half... More

We came into Memphis late friday afternoon and checked into the hotel. On a BFF/sister road trip. The hotel staff Charles (the valet), Laporciea (forgive the misspelling), Jeffrey (bellman), Justin (engineering) all pleasant individuals and very helpful. However things took a turn when the toilet began to clog (later clearing itself) Jeffrey alerted engineering and Justin checked it out for... More

The Peabody was a wonderful experience. The room was very nice. The staff was excellent from our arrival to our check out. The march of The Peabody ducks was great fun. Can not wait to go back . The staff made our stay in Memphis that much more enjoyable.

I love elegant old hotels and the Peabody is a step back in time , but with great modern facilities. Everything is spotless and staff is very courteous and helpful. Motorcycles welcome! I was invited to park right in front .

Stayed here for one night on our way from Kansas to Alabama. Great place! History and decor are remarkable. Our young daughters loved the ducks. The rooms are very nice. Parking is a bit expensive ($18/night self park). Very close to Beale Street. We walked over for dinner. I am so very glad that we stayed the night at such... More

I stayed here while attending a conference across the street at the HIE. I used priceline express and got a great rate. The lobby is spacious and nice. The staff are friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The linens are newer and bright white. Fluffy towels always feel better. There is complimentary coffee and tea... More

As it should be in this quality / price range. Wife and I stayed for four nights while touring Memphis. Exceptional service and attention to detail from the staff. Our room was well appointed and dutifully kept up during our visit. Centrally located to most of the "must do" downtown venues and a relatively short walk to multiple bus stops... More

We travelled to Memphis for family and have a lovely stay at the Peabody hotel. Yes, we have the opportunity to see the ducks. Just beautiful. The rooms on the club level are abit small but the service was excellent and treat our family like royalty.

Great hotel to stop on a ten day road trip cross country with my daughter. This was our pampering stop and it did not disappoint. Lovely rooms, nice pool, good wifi and of course the DUCKS! I had seen them years ago on business and wanted to share the experience with my daughter. We were front and center for the... More
