The hotel and staff were very good. We used the car service to go down to Biel St. Reginald was great. Da Angeas(?) the valet was fantastic also. Staff, particularly Amanda, were very helpful. Unfortunately, this hotel has little else to recommend it. Dirty carpets, unreliable elevator, patchy WiFi, no fridge, parking fees, and poor location, being just too far to walk to to city centre. . They did have a shuttle and a coffee machine in the lobby, plus a nice outdoor smoking area. Shabby and depressing.
