We really enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Memphis. I very clean place. They are a very buzy place so if you have questions about anything try to ask them on the phone not the day of checking in. I would stay there again. more

The check in process was expedient, yet received with many smiles and a comforting humor. These folks really care about their jobs. I always thought that Crowne Plaza's were a step above Holiday Inn's, but this place is on par with a run down Days Inn. Too bad.
