This hotel was very nasty and smelled badly. The staff were very unprofessional! The AGM Stacie West had an very disrespectful and rude attitude very unconcerned about the guest! Rooms were filled with ants, bed bugs, roaches, and mice! Even though the hotel is under construction services were very poor I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel! They... More

Every staff member, management and non management, I encountered on my entire stay here was great... GM Linda, AGM Stacie, Peggy, Paulette, Doris, Lisa, Michelle, Amanda... all are awesome. Everyone always had a smile on their face and treated me with the upmost respect and courtesy. Rooms and breakfast are standard fare, along with the wifi. One added bonus was... More

I really like this hotel for many reasons. It was close to the airport but I heard no real airport noise. It had lots of ample parking, a wonderful freshly prepared breakfast, a nice laundry room and a fairly good fitness center. The front desk personnel were quite friendly and offered advice when asked. The shuttle is a nice touch.... More

Two friendly receptionists. Corridor to rooms dimly lit and floors very uneven. Room was nice though one chair had duct tape...... Bed comfortable. Room stuffy at first but maybe due to fan being off and outside temp changing. Breakfast buffet kept well-stocked with nice variety of foods though crowded - perhaps more seating area needed for hotel that size.

The room wasn't bad. Beds were comfy. No bedbugs. Needed a hotel that took pets and it worked. Elevator didn't work when we first got there. The lady reset them, and made it sound like it was a common occurrence. The breakfast was hot, but not the greatest. Definitely used to be a Hampton. There's logo'd stuff still in rooms.... More

When I booked this room in early June it was a Hampton Inn hotel, but when we got there June 24, it was not, and it didn't include some of the usual amenities--like a full hot breakfast--that I expected. We were also locked out of our room the second day of our 2-night stay because someone at the front desk... More

After driving in 7 hours from Georgia on our way to Wyoming, we were a bit skeptical about staying in Memphis because of the crime. We drove to Memphis up I-22 but once we entered the area-we were very scared. However, once we got to the hotel (which is in a relatively nice area) we did not feel that way.... More

Great service, great room, great price. I'm so glad I found this place. The room was very clean and the place smelled really good, from the lobby all the way to the room. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. You will not be disappointed with this place.

This hotel was/is very nice! The rooms were nice and they had a pool it was great. Well lit lots and security fencing I felt safe. I would stay here again for sure. However, I would suggest a bell hop to help the guest with their luggage upon entering and exiting this nice place. Sincerely, Robert (Omega Psi Phi) Moore
