I stayed here for three nights in order to bag some Munros and had a very pleasant experience. My room was furnished with antique furniture but the bed was very comfortable and the usual facilities were there. I had a shared bathroom which was very clean with a nice strong shower. The breakfast was very tasty and there was the... More

The house had a lovely character that comes with age and care. It's a short ways out of town, and the hosts are very accommodating to hikers, offering to pick us up and prepare an evening meal. The food was simple and delicious; the rowan berry marinated carrots were our favourite part of the dish. The room was clean, spacious,... More

It is vital that you stay at the Craigard Guest House in Invergarry if you plan to explore this beautiful region of Scotland. It is a clean, friendly and comfortable establishment where one can obtain a thoroughly good night's sleep followed by a fine breakfast. We stayed in an en-suite double (which overlooks the front of the building) which was... More

This was my first visit to Craigard and really enjoyed my 1 night there. Rooms where very spacious with classic decor, I had booked a double ( room 3 if I remember. ) en-suite including breakfast. The price was very competitive compared to other guest houses I have used in the past. And considering the size of the room and... More

We spent 6 nights in this beautifully located B&B where we became good friends with the lovely Andrew & Joy. Extremely hard-working and always with a smile on their face, they made us feel welcome and also cooked us up a delicious dinner and prepared us packed lunches for our morning hikes! Room was spacious and classically decorated, with traditional... More

We stayed at Craigard for a night while walking the West Highland Way and Great Glen Way in July 2013. We enjoyed the lovely refined bedrooms and a good dinner home-cooked for us by Andrew and Joy (who were very happy to cater for us vegetarians - with lovely veggie haggis). It was just a very pleasant place to spend... More

We only stopped one night and booked quite late. Perhaps because of this our room was a bit disappointing compared to standards elsewhere on our holiday- a bit drab with rather hard beds. But on the plus side it was clean and quite welcoming and the breakfast wasn't at all bad.

A beautiful Victorian House close to Glangarry forest and Loch Ness. Also a good stop to move to Outer Hebrides (as for us) or to the north far west coast. Cosy and romantic room recently renovated. Kind hosts and good food. Advisable.

I can't praise this place too much, it was absolutely perfect. Having just travelled 350 miles from Manchester, for a business meeting locally, all we needed was to put our feet up and rest. Joy brought us a cold beer which I had whilst relaxing in a hot tub. Andrew cooked up an amazing 3 course meal with venison for... More

We turned up here wet and tired from a hard days waking and we were made very welcome even in our wet sate . The room was nice and large and very comfortable. Great shower . The evening meal was good and he breakfast was very good too. Thoroughly recommend this stay for walkers.
