We stayed for 2 nights at Hilbre in early September. This is a very comfortable, peaceful B and B in a lovely setting just outside Arisaig village. Our room was large and the bed very comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and everything was nicely prepared. Peter and Rosemary have taken a lot of care in creating a... More

Stayed 3 nights in mid September with Rosemary and Peter, and they were fantastic. The cheapest of all the B&B accommodations we have booked in England & Scotland, but nothing cheap about the service or quality. They were very attentive to our needs, offered lots of helpful advice on places to visit and things to do, and even called ahead... More

We stayed for two nights in Hilbre's lovely establishment, and would return to stay again without a moment's hesitation. We felt very lucky to have found this B&B which was just perfect in every way.Beautiful, peaceful surroundings, and a lovely couple who did everything so well,in their laidback but efficient and friendly fashion.

Having booked a room at Hilbre on the basis of the reviews on Trip Adviser I am pleased to endorse those previous comments. As one review mentioned do not be put off by the fact it is an approx 15 mins walk into the village which we enjoyed but if this is a potential issue be reassured that Rosemary will give... We were given a very friendly welcome at Hilbre by Peter and Rosemary. The breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable with a view out over the bay. Sadly we could only stay one night as they were fully booked but Rosemary was extremely helpful with a forward booking for a second night in the village. We highly recommend... More

We could not have found a nicer place to stay in Arisaig. The hosts, Rosemary and Peter, are a delightful couple - very welcoming and accommodating. All the rooms are great; breakfasts are splendid and leisurely with home-made jams and endless pots of tea and coffee. And the house, surrounded by its well-kept gardens, overlooks the beautiful Arisaig Bay. Tim,... More

We booked for a couple of days before to go to Eigg . And we have no regret at all to have been there . The bedroom was very nice and well equiped . The breakfast was good and of high quality . The hosts went out of their way to meet all our needs - nothing was too much... More

just back from a second stay, spotlessly clean en-suite room, comfy bed, lovely views and friendly hosts, we visit the area regularly so will be back for sure :) The village is hardly a mile away, not far at all to walk to the hotel in the evenings so don't let that put you off staying here. We spent two nights at Hilbre and only have good things to say! A cosy B&B with welcoming and helpful hosts, excellent value for money, delicious breakfasts with incredible views of the bay and spotless, comfortable bedrooms. Our hosts told us about three beautiful local walks, booked us in at a local restaurant and even lent us their map of... More
