Stayed for one night after attending a wedding which started at 1pm. Lynn was really helpful and offered us an early check in at 11am so we could drop our luggage off and get changed on our way to the wedding venue to save travelling in our wedding garb! She was really friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The... More

So glad our party of 6 chose this B&B to stay for the night. Received a courtesy call from Lynn a few days before to ensure all was okay and we were still going to arrive as planned. Although check-in was later than our arrival time it was not a problem for us to leave our bags, cars etc...however it... More

Spotless, comfortable, and a perfect spot for heading over to the ferry port. But most of all, Lynn made us feel like old friends coming home. Nothing was too much trouble, and a wonderfully warm welcome. Some really thoughtful touches that you might not expect in a smallish B&B. Stayed here with a friend to start our road trip to... More

If there is a better Guest house to stay in Stranraer I would be surprised, The owners Lynn and Kenny were friendly and welcoming, the rooms clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and served at the time requested. I would have no hesitation in returning there if I were in the area and strongly recommend it.

This is a great place to stay in Stranraer. The room was very nicely presented. The bathroom, whilst small had a very nice shower. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless and very cosy. Breakfast was EXCELLENT!!! Very filling. The owner, Lynn, was very welcoming and helpful. Happily recommended a stay in this B&B.

I have stayed in some 4* brand name hotels which weren't to this standard. Good quality Scottish breakfast made fresh at a time to suit guests. Owners very helpful with... More

This was our best stay on our trek throughout Europe. The places in the UK were easily the best and Kenny and Lynn (the owners) sure know how to put on a quality establishment. Google maps sent us the wrong way and I called them up and they stayed on the phone with me and even waved me down on... More

Myself and a friend spent 3 nights here, we were met with a warm welcome and shown to our room which was very clean and well presented, throughout our stay our room was cleaned daily, and the owners were more than happy to give us directions for local shops and restaurants. Four of us stopped a night here before boarding the ferry to Ireland. Two had travelled from Scotland and the other two from Lancashire. Lynn and Kenny made us feel very welcome, giving us ideas for where to get a good evening meal in the town. We had lovely large, well decorated rooms and the breakfast was excellent. Great attention to detail... More
