Stayed at Barend with my wife, 18 month old daughter and 2 friends for a long weekend. The cabins are excellent and extremely spacious. Barend was not what I expected to say the least. First impression of chalet 38 was that the interior was tired and worn but clean enough, although it did have a strange smell that would not disapear even with all the windows open for 5 days.
