The rooms are basic and in need of an upgrade. It is obvious that there has been no investment in the Bridge Hotel for many years as the fixtures, fittings and furnishings are very dated. Having said that our stay was made comfortable by the very helpful and friendly staff who made us more than welcome. Beds were comfortable, but... More

Had to book this on a short notice, very happy that they could accommodate us. The place is old, and slightly run down, but if you expect that, everything else is great! The welcome was very warm, and it's all clean and well presented. There are only 8 rooms, and the ones that face the road can get loud with... More

The restaurant now closed, the dining area was shut off by a screen, no food served Pub was run down, carpets dirty, fittings in our room broken. Unpleasant musty smell upstairs. Choices and quality of breakfast was poor. Our stay 😞. The Bridge Inn appears to have deteriorated significantly.

Very welcoming inn with friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. Adequate breakfast and convenient location with great access for Stirling area and easy drive or train (from Stirling) to Edinburgh or Glasgow. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one night while attending a wedding. We were welcomed on arrival. The room is very basic and the bed was very comfy however the shower was a nightmare. The temperature was either far too hot or freezing! The breakfast let its self down as it was doused in oil!! Over all it was fine for us... More

Just back from a night at the Bridge Inn and really enjoyed. Staff are most welcoming and helpful, room was warm with lovely comfy beds. Everything we needed was provided for us. Good large breakfast and great value for money. No problems coming back in late as got a front door key. Will go back again.

Paula, the new manageress is trying hard to turn this around and although some of the rooms are desperate for an upgrade, improvements were under way, but what didn't need improving was the big welcome and enthusiasm from all the staff. The room I had was basic but perfect for my needs and, unless your after a boutique room and... More

Enjoyed an over night stay with my dog on my way down from Orkneys to Middle England. We were both made extremely welcome. provided with a spacious family room which was simply furnished but very comfortable. A table was set for me in the bar so that I could enjoy a simple but tasty burger and chips supper with my... More

Had a first class meal, at unbelievably cheap prices, in warm, homely, traditional surroundings, and looked after by friendly, smartly dressed staff. Highly recommended if pub grub is what you are after, basic, but, perfectly cooked, and presented. Ideal for anyone on a budget who does not fancy cooking, and being looked after. I will certainly return.

Were taken here by family for Sunday lunch whilst visiting them. It makes McDonalds look like a Michelin starred restaurant, shabby decor, sticky tables, no atmosphere, slow service even with very few customers and awful food. My partner had the roast (roast pork) which our dog, if we had one would have turned his nose up at. Thick congealed gravy,... More
