We stayed one night at Westbourne house with our 5 little kids. We regretted not having time to stay longer! The house itself is beautiful, the rooms clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the hospitality was excellent. We enjoyed meeting Evie and Billy and rarely have felt so welcome.

I am writing this review as a short term contractor staying at this lovely B and B since the beginning of January 2014 and in response to what I consider to be a very unpleasent and unfair review that has been placed on Trip Advisor by individuals who are clearly setting out to sabotage the name of this delightful B... 12 of us (6 adults and 6 children) from around the globe descended on Westbourne House for a family reunion. We were well catered for in a lovely environment. The house has a total 'wow' factor with a sweeping staircase and a stained glass cupola at the top of the stairs. There was plenty of room for the children to... More

I stayed for one night with my family and it was one of the nicest places we stayed while we have been travelling Europe. In the heart of Tillicoultry it was a wonderful Victorian home which was welcoming and warm whilst we left the cold outside. As she lead us up to the family room (2 singles and 1 double... More

Myself and my sister stayed in one of Evie's family rooms for 4 nights whilst visiting family in the local area. The room had one double and two single beds as a twin room but we ended up pushing the singles together so we both had large double beds. The room was plenty big enough with loads of storage, provisions... More

Big comfy rooms and perfect breakfast, Evie was a great hostess and was very good with our tree kids. Hollytree Inn in nearby township was good food if you disregard the interior. The hall with the painted plates from all over europe was a funny and special touch.

Evie our hostess was brilliant, very welcoming and full of local knowledge. The room with ensuite was very clean and comfortable, bed was a delight to sleep in. Delicious large breakfast just right way to start the day exploring the beautiful Scottish countryside near Stirling. A perfect B&B would highly recommend. Thank you Evie!

I stayed overnight at the Westbourne house B&B because I was at a wedding at Solsgirth House, 5 miles away. When my friend and I arrived before 12pm, Evie was just finishing off our room and could not be more welcoming. The room was welcoming, comfortable and clean with an ensuite. It included a lovely bookcase, full of books, where... More
