Saturday night and looking for a nice meal on the way back from St Andrews. Have not been here for many years and expected the Inn to be busy and it was, However, we were able to get a nice table for two and enjoyed an excellent steak with chips and trimmings for under £13. Steak was at least 10oz... More

Took my parents here Sat 28/3/15. Bar staff were very smart and welcoming- we all had fish and chips which was the best I've had in a long time,. Good choice on the menu and great atmosphere. This is a nice area and place has plent parking, would definitely return

This is the first time in a number of years that we have been in the Muckhart Inn and I can thoroughly recommend it. The Inn is cosy and warm and the staff very efficient and welcoming. The menu was varied and judging by the portions that were being brought from the kitchens the servings to all customers were generous... More

Food was served punctually and staff were friendly and welcoming. Its a nice village pub with good all round service. Worth a visit if you are in the area. Not too highly priced and good value for money

Had not been here for 2 or 3 years, so we decided to go for lunch. Still the same dark uninspiring dull and dark decor, though we were greeted by a smiling bar man who was very pleasant. After ordering drinks, (I had their own IPA ale which was obviously the first one poured and thus was a little sour)... More

I was so glad to see this place doing so well after all these years. The food was excellent, huge portions and couldn't manage any of the very tempting sweets. Service from the young lady was great , even though it was busy still at 2.30pm. Nice olde world feel, good to see these days. Fabulous!!!

The Inn at Muckart is our go to place when we don’t want to cook. The menu has been the same for years but for a plate of fresh fish and chips or a char grilled steak at an affordable price it is hard to beat. The food is cooked to order, unpretentious, generously portioned and I’ve got used to... More

Visited Scotland for the first time and stopped at this traditional Scottish pub. Staff were both welcoming and friendly. The pub itself was so warm and cosy. Food was served to other customers and looked and smelt fabulous, unfortunately I had already eaten. Will definately visit again.
