This bed and breakfast was very clean and comfortable, bed was comfy and the room was well appointed with everything you need at hand. Breakfast was excellent right down to the home made preserves. This couple have thought of everything to make you feel welcome, even had the weather forecast on a wipe clean board. The home made flapjack was... More

Walking the WHW Glengarry was our 4th stop. Super help from Helen over the phone when we got lost, she even offered to collect us. We were given tea/coffee in cosy conservatory with the most amazing home-made flapjacks. Delicious. Dinner was a beautiful piece of salmon bought in Oban that morning and followed by a wonderfully tasty apple cake and... More

Andy and Helen are wonderful hosts who have created a warm and friendly environment, especially after a long day on the West Highland Way. Do not miss the fabulous dinner they offer!! The only drawback is the short walk along the busy road to get there but well worth it. More

Bright, modern, very clean and well-maintained, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds too. We loved our stay and highly recommend the lodge as a base for exploring Glen Orchy, Glen Coe and the nearby hills. Top marks to Andy and Ellen for excellent communications and for making us feel very welcome (tasty cake) and for helping us with our... More

My partner & I stayed at Glengarry Logde with our two children in February 2012, and I what can I say, this is the greatestest Self catering/ b& b we have ever stayed in, the host Ellen & Andy were just the greatest, they both took our children to heart letting them help out with the chickens, Andy letting Jack... Tyndrum was our fourth stop along the West Highland Way and we arrived at Glengarry House in heavy rain to be greeted by Ellen with "Come in, come in, it's only a drop of water". We'd planned to eat out but were regretting it and her heavenly angel status went even higher when she immediately agreed to organise an evening... More

We stayed in the self-catering chalet on a short break so we could do bits of the West Highland Way. A great location to use as a base - particularly as we wanted to do linear walks - with the bus stop and train stations so close. Ellen & Andy are great hosts and Ellen's dinner was delicious. More

Stopped overnight at Glengarry en route back from a week in Tiree and very glad we did. Very warm welcome, lovely bedroom - and yes, although the bathroom for that room is little, it's no problem for an overnight visit. Bed extremely comfortable and slept like tops. Delicious cake to go with our cuppa when we got back from a... More

Stayed here on our fourth night on the West Highland Way. The Glengarry House B&B is located a little outside Tyndrum, allowing for a marvelous view across the valley without any of the other bigger buildings in the village being in the way. The owners were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty and the rooms were comfortable. Only minor... More
