We found this campsite by chance while on our campervan tour. They were advertised in tourist literature that I'd picked up along the way. I rang and they said that bookings not required, just turn up as long as before 10.30pm as they close the gates. We were not disappointed. The site is a small working farm with hard standing,... We camped with our own tent but there are also Camping Cabins (but book early they get taken up quickly!). For a reasonably priced camp-ground in a fantastic location the facilities are very good. There is an excellent pub/restaurant on-site and also a large camp-kitchen and laundry area. The camp is on one of the most attractive loch walks so... More

This is a nice campsite catering mainly for campers, back packer and walkers on the West Island Way We stayed in our camper van and choose to park in the field rather than on the hard standing. Note that there is no hook up here, and I never found a chemical disposal point. However we enjoyed our stay here, walking... More

Have stayed here a few times both camping and staying in wigwam. Bar staff friendly and accommodating. Decent bar food and pint. Also good selection of malts. In addition toilets and showers adequate. Shop on site.

We stayed in the 4 bedded Glamping pod with my 2 grandsons which was very roomy (even managed to fit in the travel cot). Staff and other campers are very friendly and campsite even has its own quaint bar with reasonably priced, good food. Excellent scenery and if you're looking to get away from it all and relax you'll certainly... More

Good, log-cabin accommodation provides a welcome stop on the West Highland Way trek. Friendly, efficient service, providing plentiful choice of food and drink. Showers strong, beds comfortable. Caters for all ages.

We stayed here on our West Highland Way hike and it was lovely. The food was good, they had lots of Gluten Free bread, both for breakfast and packed lunch. The bed was great, the rooms clean, and a lovely place to sleep for the night!

I am just back from an overnight stay with my family and we had a brilliant time. Ideally place on the West Highland Way, it has a great wee pub and shop. We had planned on walking during the day and then heading to the Drovers for a meal, but the atmosphere was so good in the campsite bar that... More

Sometimes it's difficult to be sure what all influenced one's feelings about a place to stay. After a wet walk on one of the long and more difficult sections of the West Highland Way, Beinglas Farm was a welcome sight. We were in a room, not a camper cabin and we very pleased to find them so large. We had... More

Ok lets just get the negative out of the way F$*!*$g midges were horrendous - get a midge net from the camp shop and look stupid if you are camping in a tent or they will drive you insane! However the views from the campsite are lovely, and if you take a little walk up the hill behind the site... More
