First the good points...good attentive staff food Ok for the money paid....but here's the bad bits... "faulty towers" decor out of date and very shabby...outside looks Ok till you get close then it's shabby. ..bathroom. ..don't expect much here either..not much bigger than a twin wardrobe and sink was in bedroom. ..hotel in need of total refurbishment...requires proper sized bathrooms... My wife and I have just returned from a very best of Scotland tour with Highland Heritage based at the Royal Hotel in Tyndrum. What can I say, the hotel is classed as 3 star and you get what you pay for, the room was comfortable enough and included a flat screen TV useful for watching the extra time of... More

Excellent hotel, food too was excellent and Higland Heritage made every effort to make this holiday most enjoyable. Our cases were taken direct to our rooms when we arrived which my dad who is recovering from a stroke last year especially appreciated. Out and about the trips were great and all three of the coach drivers we had during the... More

This was our first holiday with Highland Heritage but will not be our last. The hotel staff were hardworking and very helpful and friendly. Our coach driver Raymondo was very funny and made every day's trip interesting and fun. The places visited were lovely and we look forward to returning to Scotland very soon. Im writing this review on behalf of my mum and grandma who recently went on a coach trip organised by Highland Heritage. They stayed at this hotel and thought it to be very clean and comfortable. Meals were good and had a varied selection off the menu each night. Evening entertainment was again varied and Billy the singer/comedian was excellent.... More

Friendly staff. Most... More
