Stayed here August 2013 and 2014 whilst doing the West Highland Way and had a great experience on both occasions. From the moment I picked up the phone to book I knew the place is run by my type of people, relaxed, friendly and professional. On arrival at the site, which is right on the WHW, you book in at... Very good experience with my young family staying in one of the wee lodges on site. Beautiful walks close by and it is right on the west highland way. Immaculate grounds and a general good feel to the place. Decent free wifi.

Stayed here without notice on a 3 day road trip in the highlands. Received a warm friendly welcome from the staff, the park is immaculate and very well kept. The toilet block is absolutely spotless. We were able to choose our own pitch due to it being a quiet weekend. The park is ideally located for access to the West... More

The title says it all really. The site is beautiful, well kept, immaculate and in a wonderful setting. Wardens are friendly and helpful. Loads of walks direct from the site and some great places of natural beauty within a short drive. Oban, Fort William and Inverary all approximately an hour or less drive away. And the atmospheric Glencoe is half... More

We arrived at 8pm on Friday (Sept 12th) and were greeted by Cameron, Cathy and another young man, all were so welcoming, helpful and really couldn't have done more to help. Cameron in particular remained on hand for the weekend, always offering a "hello" and "how are you Mike", recommendations for walks and other local attractions. The park itself is... More

Stayed for a few nights in one of the luxury huts. Very nice if you don't fancy the tent. The park was absolutely spotless, so well maintained it was perfect with excellent facilities. Wonderful people running the place, nothing was too much bother, extremely accommodating. Will return next year with the children without a doubt. Book in now, you will... More

We hired a luxury hiker hut for our family of three (including a toddler). It was extremely clean and had the convenience of a microwave, heater, kettle and even a TV! I've had experience of a few campsites when we walked the West Highland way a few years ago and thought the standard of Pinetrees really stood out. I used... More

I was walking the West a Highland Way and came across Pine Trees, I booked in to one of the hikers huts. The hut was ideal, 2 beds, kettle, cups and heater, with fresh drinking water behind. The toilets and showers were exceptionally clean. There's a well stock shop, the site is immaculate and most of all the owners could... More

We stayed in the Octolodge for a week. The whole site was spotless. The toilet block was immaculate even in the rain. The midge machines really worked. Some friends of ours were in a nearby campsite and were bitten badly. Cameron and Kathy really worked at keeping the site spic and span and went out of their way to talk... More
