This is the second time we've stayed at this site and it was just as good as the last time. It's the cleanest campsite we've ever stayed at. The toilets are immaculate and warm! It's very kid safe and everytime we go they have a great time. There's a little play park and a very shallow river that they love... More

I stayed in a hiker hut in July with my 2 young children, partner and our dog. The hut was perfect for our needs and very clean. It included a double bed, 2 single beds, microwave, kettle, fridge and small toilet. The site was well looked after and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. We used the site... More

I was driving my friends luggage along the west highland way, we hadn't,t booked accommodation, phoned several hotels, campsites, hostels, to no avail, and it was a bank holiday, not good planning I must say, phoned the pine trees who had one little camp hut available, fine. As we had all our camping gear, and just needed a roof,it really was... More

The site is perfectly located in pine trees (unsurprisingly) beside the river. There's a little bridge across the river which leads directly onto the West Highland Way so the walking is terrific...one way you can hit the moor, one way leads into the cute little town as in fish and chips, wee shop, pub etc. the site is beautifully maintained... Lovely clean carvan and camping site. Great base for exploring other areas. Nice touches for campers like access to a microwave and kettle. Popular with walkers doing the west highland way. 5 min walk away from the Green Wellie Stop.

Once again this site did not disappoint. The staff and amenities are second do none and I really feel at home here. Its great for the kids and my husband loves the added fun of panning for gold. We bought the kit onsite to do this. My 7 year old daughter loves this campsite just as much as I do.

I would back up all the previous good reviews. Great location, ameneties and value. Friendly, helpful owners who have set out a lovely park with all you need. We took one of the larger huts, great value, no midges. There is even a wee shop for any essentials.

Great facilities, immaculate! Highly recommended for an evening if walking the West Highland Way, would go back for a few nights for sure, absolutely lovely. The Hiker huts were very cute, perfect for the dog too and the whole site is pristine.
