Heather is just a gem! After a long day on The Way and with one of us with a buggered knee this was a haven. Welcomed with tea and cake, great blethering and a gorgeous hot bath and comfy bed we could have stayed! Can't thank her enough especially for the csje the next morning to celebrate my birthday. What... More

This was one of our favourite places to stay while walking the West Highland Way. From scones upon arrival to a large breakfast and the packed lunches - there was great food to keep us refueled from the day's walk and ready for the next long trek. Heather's joyful energy and friendliness was delightful. She did our laundry for a... More

I think this might be my favourite B&B on the WHW although that might be because Heather gave me scones for breakfast! She even made some especially for me with no sultanas in. The B&B is just off the Way which is a great bonus and it is close to the restaurants and pubs. The room was a little small,... More

We stayed there for one night while walking the West Highland Way. We were tired and wet and our boots were all muddy. Our host greeted our arrival with a nice pot of tea and some home made cakes. We were shown our lovely and comfortable rooms with a TV and a very reliable and fast wifi connection (a bonus!).... More

We stayed at this lovely BB for 1 night while we were doing a 7 day trek of The West Highland Way. we can honestly say it was one of the best places we stayed. when we arrived we were greeted with tea and homemade cake from the owners son. The rooms were lovely and clean and we had our... More

We spent one night last week at Tigh-Na-Fraoch bed and breakfast while walking the West Highland Way. The room was lovely, very clean and and peaceful with a view of a pretty stream from the window. The location close to the station (no noise whatsoever of trains) was perfect for us as we had a day's rest in Tyndrum and... More

We stayed there one night during our west highland way walk. When we arrived we were met with freshly baked scones, the, butter and jam. We had long chat and some laughs with Heather. Our room was great and spacious. Breakfast was standard for most B&Bs but that does not mean it wasn't well made. I definitely recommend this place

Like a lot of people me and my 2 friends stayed here whilst walking the West Highland Way and yes it is only a stones throw from the path. Such a lovely warm welcome from Heather and she even sat with us listening to our day whilst we had scones and tea, she must have heard about the route so... More

Great B&B on the West Highland Way. Greeted with tea and scones on arrival by super landlady whose friendly manner and warmth made it all the more enjoyable. Us 'Highland Dames' will be back again one day!

We stayed here after finishing the 1st half of the West Highland Way in June. Location is great- literally just off the path and only a few minutes walk away from the pubs in the village. Rooms are fine- decor is a bit dated and chintzy but they are spacious and clean. The owner was really friendly and welcomed us... More
