We planned a budget wedding that came in under £1000. We hired the smaller of the two wedding rooms, had 25 guests and a 2 course meal. Steven and the staff were abslutley lovely. The venue was amazing, rooms very clean, modern and with stunning views. We had the ceremony down by the water and later on in teh day... More

We stayed here in June 2014 whilst running the West Highland Way. The guy on reception who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is old but in a lovely setting. While the room was adequate, the walls were quite thin so we were unfortunately wakened at 5am by someone watching TV in the room next door.... More

I stayed here for one night whilst doing the West Highland Way. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. It was bliss to have a bath to soak my weary legs! The hotel is beautifully located next to Loch Lomond and the attached bar served great food and had a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was very good but service a... More

This was a great place to stay while walking the West Highland Way. The room is large with a great shower and nice views. There is nothing else around, but after walking the way we just wanted a hot shower and a good meal and this hotel gave us both. There is wifi in the bar and the food there... More

We had a large room with a welcome bath - after walking the West Highland Way. The room had 5 windows so bright and airy. 2 of the windows overlooked Loch Lomond - stunning. All lovely and clean. Nice meal in the evening and good breakfast. Pleasant grounds to walk in during the evening. An excellent stop.

We arrived tired after a long hot walk from Drymen to find our luggage was in a bag store hut in the carpark, but the young man on reception went to get them for us and carried them all up to our room on the 2nd floor without us having to ask! Wonderful service for 3 middle-aged women. The 3... More

My partner and I stayed for nine nights in one of the lodges near the Rowardennan Hotel, returning home on Monday 16 June after a wonderful holiday. Although I am unable to review the accommodation at the hotel, we ate in the Clansman Bar on a number of occasions and I cannot understand some of the comments about poor food... More
