Anchorage Cottage is simply stunning. The owners have tastefully decorated each room to make your stay there just magnificent. They cannot do enough for you and the pack lunch is great.Well done and thank you.

Spent a night here whilst walking the West Highland Way & cannot praise it enough! The weather had been dreadful - torrential rain & windy - we were immediately shown the drying room and given lots of space to hang all our soaking wet clothes. The rooms were luxurious with personal touches & we had a fabulous breakfast. Izzy was... More

A very warm welcome and friendly owners. Spotless rooms and excellent service. We stayed here while doing the West Highland Way. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Fabulous location and the best breakfast ever!

Located a good hike from the small village this B&B offers extremely friendly welcome, nice room and fantastic breakfast. Although the GPS tried to make us pass the B&B it is definitely a place worth staying. Quiet, clean, friendly… what else do you need?

Fantastic hosts, house and hospitality. We were two weary travellers who had just walked part of the west highland way and the welcome we received revived our spirits immediately. Our room was spotless with lots of additional touches. The breakfast menu was irresistable and absolutely delicious when presented. Izzy and Ivor are excellent hosts and helpful into the bargain. My cousin... More

We had a wonderful stay at this very special B&B and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property to others. As many others have mentioned, Izzy is a delightful host - friendly yet so professional. The house is spotlessly clean and it is clear that a lot of effort and energy goes into making every guest's stay memorable and (very) comfortable.... More

One of the best B&Bs on the West Highland Way. Extremely friendly hosts who fetched us from Rowerdenan and ran us back in the morning. Very comfortable rooms with baths which you need after a strenuous walk.Lovely breakfast and packed lunches. Would certainly go back.

Looked after by Izzi and her husband whilst walking the West Highland Way. Comfortable room with amazing views of Loch Lomond from the living room. Great breakfast and Izzi provided us with packed lunches, the likes of which I haven't seen since my Mum packed mine for school trips - so much food that it lasted for two days! If... More
