Stayed here on the West Highland Way, great place, very spacious, clean and welcoming, excellent cooked to order breakfast and a very good packed lunch supplied for the following day. Its a little off the way, but well signposted and easy to find, and we walked down to Rowardennan for tea, easy road walking and loosened up muscles that were... More

This was our third night on the WHW. Followed the directions carefully and found it no problem. Fiona was very welcoming and our room was great, first one on this trip without a sloping ceiling which my very tall hubby appreciated! Everything was very very clean which I really appreciated. Comfortable room and bed, excellent breakfast and very good packed... More

This B&B is 3/4 mile from Rowardennan and as I was on a walking holiday I was happy to walk to it. The property looks a bit 60's but I was given a very large room which could have slept 4 easily. The host offered to drive me up to Rowardennan Hotel for dinner and offered to collect me later... More

Stayed here with my wife during our recent WHW walk. Fiona and Neil are a very friendly couple who have built an amazingly clean and comfortable home. This is our second visit with them within a year and have found this to be one of the best Guest houses on the route. Neil very kindly offered, to drive us to... More

Stayed here overnight after walking from Drymen and found it to be really lovely and welcoming. My husband, myself and my daughter shared a room which was spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were lovely and took us to the hotel along the road and picked us up again after dinner. Breakfast was delicious, all in all, the... More

Stayed at this cottage when walking the WHW recently. I arrived in the area much earlier than the check-in time so had to kill 3 hours (no complaint on this point as that is the deal but all other places on the walk were flexible on this point). Very friendly welcome and nice room ..I'd paid for 2 people but... More

My son and I were walking the West Highland Way and stopped here on our second night. I really appreciated that our hosts knew the trail well and had walked it themselves. The room was spotlessly clean and the best part was getting to soak in a bathtub after a long day's walk (most of the other places only had... More

Stayed here while walking the West Highland Way, we were soaked but had a good drying room, big bedroom but was a bit cold as the heating was not on. No TV and no lock on the room which was a bit strange. The owner ran us down to the local hotel and picked us up which was a nice... More

Fiona and her husband are lovely hosts and the property is isolated and peaceful. From the time Fiona answered the door it was obvious to me that my one night stop would be more than acceptable. The welcome was very warm, the room was large, bright, well decorated and clean. Fiona and her husband were very accommodating even offering a... More
