I've stayed here many times over the years, and to be honest, I've been dissapointed in the past. Foreign workers and grubby rooms. However, it's been refurbished and is an excellent hotel. Great food, fantastic rooms, and really nice staff, all local folk. Highly recommended, and quite a turnaround from how it was!! more

As has been mentioned by other reviewers the hotel has been refurbished. I believe that the conservatory is still to be completed but we weren't disturbed by any building work.
