My family and I stayed here for 3 nights last week. We wanted something close to the Loch, that would also be a good base for us to go and explore. We were greeted by Patrick, a simply wonderful host who made us feel like Culag was our own home. Our room was in a separate building from the main... More

This was our second visit to the guest house. Great view, with a perfect spot on Loch Lomond literally lochside. The room was on 2 floors, recently refurbished and looking out on to Loch Lomond. The breakfast was great with various choices including salmon. Patrick was the perfect host. Would recommend.

If you are looking to stay overnight in this area I recommend Culag. The setting is amazing with mountains as your back drop and gardens that go to the edge of the loch. Patrick is a most warm and friendly host who makes you feel like you have known him all your life from the moment you meet him. The... More

We really enjoyed our stay at the Culag Lochside Gieathouse. The cabin we had was very cosy, we felt very welcome and the breakfast was just delicious. Since we were very lucky with the wheather, the stay directly at the lakeside was awesome. If you want to spend some days at Loch Lomond, this is one of the best places... More

We travelled around Scotland in June of 2014 staying at a number of B&B's. Culag Lochside Guest House was our favorite. Patrick was an amazing host and the breakfast was great! We hope to visit again one day.

I got married here in August this year. we had the most amazing weekend and Patrick and Anne could not of done more for us. Anne was fantastic at helping to plan and co-ordinate everything, Patrick was the perfect host. I cannot speak highly enough of them both. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Loch Lomond and it makes for... More

What can I say that hasn't already been said. Wonderful hosts, stunning location and amazing wedding venue. Minor niggles like annoying shower totally outweighed by all the pluses. Stay elsewhere at your loss!

Attended a great wedding here and enjoyed the p[lace so much we stopped an extra night. The hosts Patrick and Anne do all they can to make your stay the best they can. The views of the loch are to die for and only a few metres away. The road noise is a bit annoying but i forgot my ear... More
