A proper family run hotel in a beautiful and accessible location. My daughter and I stayed three nights and were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived by the friendly owners and their staff. We requested a front room and the views did not disappoint. We had thought we would go out for our evening meals but... more

We booked late for a weekend break to celebrate our wedding aniversary, We had hoped for a loch view, but none were available so we settled far a room at the rear of the hotel. This was fine. Roomy, clean and comfortable. The en-suite lacked a 'shower-over-bath, but the showerhead attached to the bath taps was fine. Dinner in the... more

We were very grateful to Amanda, Robert and Staff for making our recent stay such a pleasant experience. The room, food and service were quite exceptional. All of the above plus wonderful views over Loch Earn and the mountains beyond. Fantastic!! more

I've driven through Lochearnhead on the road to Stirling several times but never turned off to see the Loch. Choosing the Lochearnhead Hotel for an overnight stop-off was a lucky break. It's a nice hotel on the side of the loch with good views from the bar, restaurant, and our loch-facing room. Decor is light and fresh, neither starkly modern... more

We had a lovely time at the Lochearnhead Hotel in June this year. Rob and Amanda the owners were very friendly and approachable and the hotel had a really nice atmosphere. There is a comfy bar with great views out over the loch and the food was excellent more

Everyone is friendly and helpful and Amanda and Robert go out of their way to make sure their guests can get... more

Both the bad reviews were by a group of 4 people from Dundee. As they stated they had a 'few' drinks and then a 'few' more drinks and then I asked them to leave. We have worked very hard to make the Lochearnhead Hotel a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, if you want to get drunk and fall about...
