Ate in this hotel just recently and was very disappointed.Hubby's fish was overcooked and fish cakes were less than average.......wont be back for food. Best thing about this hotel was the outdoor area.Very relaxing and scenic.

Spent a brilliant long weekend in this lovely hotel. Originally booked for two nights and enjoyed ourselves so much extended for an extra night. The hotel is quaint and quirky, the staff friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, huge portions presented beautifully. The hotel is situated beside the River Lochay and we had a room with a river view.... More

We stayed in the Annex of this hotel, and I was a bit disappointed in what we ended up with. The room was clean, but very tired, and could do with a good overhaul (particularly the bathroom) The room over looked a work shed / garage, with people coming and going in the morning, so you didn't really want to... We spent a week in Killin and decided to try hotel on final night for dinner. Big sign outside said free childrens meal, but as expected the adult meals were just over priced and childrens meal underwhelming! Choice of deserts for children's meals were either a scoop of icecream in a bowl, no sauce or anything to make it interesting... More

We'd never been to this part of Scotland before and what a surprise, the scenery is fantastic and this hotel is as good as anywhere we have stayed for its excellent location and great customer service. In charge is Michael, who is a great guy and couldn't be more helpful or knowledgeable about the area. Secondly, must thank Inga for... More

Stayed for three nights in room overlooking the loch. Stunning location this our second visit. Room little on small side but comfy enough. Very quiet. Only two things that spoilt the quiet was a tappet dog next door to us and being too near the lift, despite the management putting up notices not to use lift after ten o'clock I... More

Stayed for one night in a room in the Annex. Generally room and en-suite would both have benefited from a refurb. Bed was clean but mattress was either very old or cheap as every spring and lump could be felt so very uncomfortable. Also lots of noise from apartment in the roof space of the Annex, not sure if this... More

The location is great! Great spot to stay for walks. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, but one of the beds was not comfortable at all. We were with the 4 of us in one room (outside, apart from the main building) and one of the two beds was awful. I wouldn't really recommend this, if you want to... More

I just slept here for one night, bed there are comfortable, nice bath. Breakfast is expensive, but, have cereals, fruit, toast, and you can ask hot food from breakfest menu like a egg, bacon, black puding :) and tomatos. Beautiful river view where swimming ducks. My room was with the roof view :( Nice parking space outside.
