Stopped off for lunch and dinner on our visit to loch Tay area. Staff friendly and welcoming. Food was good and reasonably priced. Would possibly return in the future to stay for a couple of nights to see how hotel fairs in other areas.

Had a great three nights at this excellent hotel in this homely little Scottish village. Michael, the manager, and all his staff were brilliant and could not do enough for you. I had only one complaint that one of the lights were not working and immediately I was given a bigger room with a great view of the river. This... More

We were greeted warmly when we arrived. Then told we could sit anywhere we liked. We chose the conservatory. We were their for the Prosecco afternoon tea. It certainly exceeded our expectations. Sandwiches, scones and lovely little cakes. Waitress was very attentive. Would definitively go in past if in area again. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Stayed here last weekend for my birthday. It was a lovely hotel and the picturesque snow fall made it even more tranquil. We had a small but adequate room. Water pressure whilst running the bath wasn't great but did the job. We were informed when double checking our dinner reservation that there was a large party in before us so... More

I was with my husband in early January and we had a lovely room with a view over the river, and enjoyed the great food - far better than you'd expect from a 3* hotel. My only disappointment was that apart from one receptionist none of the staff were Scottish and when my husband (who is Norwegian) asked the name... More

Second time staying here and huge improvement on last year (which was pretty good). Very helpful considerate and understanding of us bringing an elderly Labrador who is unable to climb stairs. They changed our room with no hassle to one nearer the lift doors. Room itself was clean with tasteful decor, shower good force and water hot although when toilet... More

Stayed overnight at the Killin Hotel. Our three course dinner was delicious, chosen from a menu catering for all tastes. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The cosy fire in the lounge was welcoming and as the hotel is pet friendly, our dog was able to be there with us enjoying the heat. Our room was... More

After nearly not being able to get there due to the weather and flooding of roads, we arrived to a warm welcome and a glass of champagne which was a nice way to start our 2 day New Year Break. For a large group, we were catered for perfectly. The New Years Eve menu was different but exciting and the... More
