We stopped off today for a drink and bite to eat, it was busy but managed to get a table. Hubby went to the bar as did others to order. No one behind the bar at all, waitresses were coming and going from the kitchens. They saw my husband and others waiting, but completely ignored them. No apology, no explanation,... More

My wife and I stayed here for one night in August. The best part of the Inn was the waterfall-facing room we had; we left the windows open and slept well to the sound of the water. Traffic noise was not a problem, at least not the night we were there. The bathroom was fairly new as well, with heated... More

I loved the night we spent at The falls of Dochart Inn. We booked 2 rooms a family room and a double. The rooms were very cozy and the view of the falls from the double room was amazing. The breakfast was delicious,I ordered the poached egg and haddock and my dad chose the full scottish breakfast...the black pudding was... More

We have stayed here previously two years ago which was spot on then. We booked the room which we had previously with the view of the falls. We feel the place needs sprucing up and furniture, decor, lighting etc needs renewing. We also heard that the place was up for sale so figured the current owner mustn't be prepared to... More

Visited this pub with 2 friends 9th Sep this year when we were walking the Rob Roy way, firstly for a pint of their house lager which was fine, then in the evening for a meal. I had the cheeseburger, my friends had the fish and chips, they enjoyed theirs but mine was a very different experience. Firstly the burger... More

We stopped here to meet up with relatives on our way to Islay. Lovely location and very good for photographers. Nice room but restricted shower space. Dog friendly in room and dining areas. Very welcoming staff.

We stopped on our way back to our hotel & we weren't disappointed. Holly was made to feel very welcome. The menu was lovely with local delicacies. We both had chicken satay to start, which was moist & tasty. I had the haddock & chips with a huge salad,my husband had the haunch of venison, both were amazing. The atmosphere was brilliant.... More

My husband and I plus the 2 boxers Stayed in Byre Cottage for 2 nights. The property is detached and at the rear of the hotel. It gives you extra privacy and small outside space which is ideal. The property is single storey , has a small living /cooking area with microwave, kettle, fridge, cooker and 2 seater settee, small... More

Just had a couple of days in this cracking wee inn. Lovely location, food gorgeous, especially the fish and chips and the cooked breakfasts. Stayed in a family room, clean and comfy.
