Decided to get away last minute for a night, stayed in a woodland cabin. All staff friendly and helpful, gave us milk to save dashing out to the shops. Beautiful location and setting and will return to one of the bigger lodges with friends later in the year. Only downsides were kettle needed a clean, and the bed had a... More

My daughters and i stayed there from Sunday 31st March and left a day early the following Thursday. The wigwam is excellent and well kited out, although there was one bulb missing. At the moment there is a temp shower/toilet block in place while they build a brand new block. Its nothing short of disgusting....how people can leave toilets and... More

The minute we approached the location, we couldn't stop admiring the beautiful scenery and the view of the loch and the hills ahead which were snow capped in april. Our lodge was the BELL ROCK lodge which was extremely comfortable and well heated centrally. The kitchen was well equipped and the décor was very nice as well. The bathrooms were... More

Gorgeous surroundings with hills and mountains to the back of us and Loch Tay in front. We enjoyed a lovely peaceful weekend. The lodge was clean and well equipped. We took our own food (and wine!) and the cooking facilities were ideal. We arrived after reception was closed and the staff had kindly left us a £5 electricity card which... More

I booked to stay at the loch tay highland lodges with my family in January 2013. We had a long weekend in one of the 3 bedroom lodges. Got a great reception when we arrived ( friendly chatty staff, who were very kind not to charge us for the pet we had ended up bringing). The lodge itself was brilliant-... More

We had a fantastic Christmas in a woodland cabin. We are walkers and the hills are literally outside your door here. I honestly can't think of anywhere I would rather have stayed. We didn't get to visit the restaurant but I stayed in a wigwam previously and enjoyed the food there on that occasion. I also got to do archery... More

Went to stay in the Yurt at Loch Tay Highland Lodges for a relaxing weekend. Firstly, the road into the site is potholed and crumbling. Not a good introduction to the place... Secondly, not sure when the Yurt had been cleaned last as it had evidence of dog hairs, candle wax everywhere, dirt in the carpet etc. Toilet facilities were... More

Booked for Christmas and was so lovely extended our stay until after New Year. Great cabin, pet friendly and a brilliant view of the loch. Nice and cosy and spotlessly clean. Will go back again and again.

This was our first trip to Scotland and needed to accommodate a ten year old boy and a dog. Found the accommodation to be clean, well stocked and very pleasant. The lodge (Golden Mary) had wonderful views of Loch Tay and a great balcony which was wonderful to sit on whether sun or rain due to the extended lodge roof.... More
