Friendly staff, good selection and price at bar, excellent live band on, on the Saturday night. Rooms clean and tidy, communal bathroom a disappointment – no hand towel provided. And although we were aware the rooms were not en-suite, I don’t feel the price reflected this. Breakfast was decent enough, not much selection and finished too early in our opinion.... More

we stayed in Coach House for several nights and it was mistake, stay there 1 night and go further and you will be fine. Our room was good. though it the most expensive one, bed was comfortable and nice linen on it. Bathroom was small, so we had out stuff in the bedroom. Actually not a lot to say, except... More

We had a wonderful one night stay at the Coach House. Our attic room was good value for money - the room and bathroom were not massive but perfectly adequate for us, and had a great view to the front over the River Tay. Breakfast was included and was well cooked with very friendly service. We chose to eat in... More

Just left and had a great time. From the time we arrived late to check in, over the next 2 nights we couldn't have had a nicer stay. Didn't eat in the hotel as both nights it was after 8pm that we wanted to eat, and the hotel stopped serving food then. It's the price you pay though for having... More

We are a couple from Barcelona who stayed there for one night this summer. We felt like being at home; really. We had an en-suite room very confortable and the environment was very nice. The treatment was very good and the breakfast was amazing. We had the dinner as well in the pub just downstairs the room and meals were... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and it honestly was lovely. The room we got was Docherty which meant we had the amazing whirlpool bath. A couple of earlier reviews mention how there is no shower and it's a bit of a pain but it didn't bother me at all as its such a large... More

My girlfriend booked in to stay on the way back from a walking trip up north. I was stunned at the price but when I saw the stunning room with four poster bed I thought it might be worth it. Sadly there are a few ever so little and slightly odd things which let it down. Of course, much of... More

Loved this place! David and Jan do an excellent job in making people comfortable. With the pub attached to the hotel, it is very nice and convenient. There is a bridge across the street, that leads to some great walking along the River Tay. It is a quick walk from the hotel to the Co-Op store should you need anything.... More

We stopped here for drinks on a hot day after a rather disappointing experience at a hotel further along the road. Ordered two pints of cider, pint of black currant juice and two regular orange juice. Cost me £8 .20 which I thought was very good. The cider was very cold and crisp and the pipes are obviously well maintained.... More

We loved everything about The Coach House Inn. The room and bathroom were large. We had a beautiful window view. Dinner in the pub was nice. Breakfast was delicious. We asked the host about a nice afternoon walk and by the time we had freshened up in our room, he had hand-drawn a map that was exactly what we wanted.... More
