We tried to book this Hotel on several occasions prior to our trip and were given the runaround as the Hotel made it clear they wanted to keep rooms for bus tours. Fair play if they dont need our business then thats their choice. I strongly recommend you give your business to the people who deserve it at the Inversnaid... more

Lochs & Glens tours are fantastic value: The drivers are friendly, the service works like a well-oiled sewing machine, the food is good and the rooms are clean: even the bar prices beat those we pay locally. The attitude to people who arrive on foot beggars belief!! You are treated like scum and are simply not wanted! This is despite the hotel recieving many tens of thousands of pounds from local and central government in order to provide facilities for walkers. Ypu are simply not welcome. more
