It's impossible to find fault with anything about our stay at Bramblewood!! Kate and Ally were the perfect hosts and a lovely couple who obviously always go above and beyond to make their guests stay enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble and the breakfasts plentiful and delicious. The rooms were fresh, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing... More

Excellent B&B all round. I had a fantastic stay with my wife. The room had windows on two sides so was light with views of a large garden and balcony style seating area. The room was very tastefully decorated and everything looked brand new. The owner Ally was a 100 percent gentleman and was a generous host as well as... More

Superb accommodation provided by Ally and his wife. Welcoming tea and cakes on arrival. Excellent room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Bramblewood is located about half-mile north of Drymen village, and inconvenient for West Highland Way walkers. Ally very kindly took us to the village for dinner and collected us afterwards - though whether this would be viable with a full... More

Stayed one night on our trip back south after some time in Skye. This B and B is fantastic. Spotlessly clean, nice, airy rooms with bath and shower. Towels in bathroom excellent, new and fluffy. Pillows very comfortable. Great breakfast and to sum up, its a fantastic, clean, well appointed room with a superb breakfast. Thank you

This place is absolutely fantastic. The whole place is spotless and beautifully furnished. Our room was amazing with loads of windows to enjoy the beautiful scenery and a stunning bathroom. The whole place has a luxurious feel to it and the extras make this place stand head and shoulders above other B&Bs - wonderful shampoo and conditioner, bottles of water,... More

First night of our west highland way trek, and boy did they set the bar high! Tea and biscuits on arrival, very warm welcome from our hosts. Rooms were perfect, and looked out over the garden. Toiletries were top notch, great conditioner! Although slightly out of town, the hosts did offer to run us in for our evening meal. Would... More

This is one off the best b&b's we've stayed in. The hosts welcomed us into their home, with tea and biscuits, a good start The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was top notch and the packed lunch we ordered for the next days walk was great (with delicious triple layer ham & cheese sandwiches) We'd go back if... I had the honour of taking part in the British Gas Great Scottish swim in Loch Lomond and chose to stay in this B&B for the weekend. From the moment I met Kate, she made our stay wonderful. Kate was extremely welcoming and very helpful. This B&B is amazing. Lovely room and bathroom, spotless, very comfortable, spectacular views close to... More

We stayed with our sons 2 nights in Ally & Kate's B&B. We did found out that they are the new owners of this great place. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about their hospitality, Ally's cooking, the premises or the location. Well maybe one thing... the bed was a little too hard for my wife. Highly recommendable, whenever... More
