We stayed here for one night after our first day on the West Highland Way. The location is directly on the West Highland Way in a lovely garden. Our en-suite room with attention to detail overlooked the garden and the gorse was blooming which was very pretty. We also had a terrace. It takes just a few minutes walk to... More

Yvonne runs a wonderful, small B&B just outside the town of Drymen. The room was superb, with a wonderful bed with firm mattress and a view on the garden. You can have your choice of breakfast, many options to choose from.

Thank you for your welcome on our walk along the West Highland Way. Most enjoyable accomodation and comfortable stay. Well located as on the actual route and so no need to walk extra. Plenty of nice places for food in Drymen

Mulberry Lodge is beautiful, very tastefully decorated everywhere. We have a large picture window in our room with lovely views. Fabulous bathroom, lovely to be able to choose between a bath or shower and great to be able to soak tired muscles. Spotlessly clean... definitely the nicest b&b we've stayed in and Yvonne the owner is very friendly and welcoming.... More

Mulberry Lodge was an excellent place to stay at the end of our first day of the WHW. Not only is it a lovely house, conveniently located on the walk, but also a peaceful stay with lovely views. Close enough to walk to all Drymen's facilities. Mulberry Lodge was warm, welcoming and with plenty of hot water for weary walkers,... More

Have stayed at Mulberry Lodge several times now and can honestly say that it is a fantastic place to stay with hospitality beyond belief! The lady who runs Mulberry Lodge and her husband are very helpful and warming and always have time to hear of your adventures and travels whilst staying at the lodge. The breakfasts are simply fantastic, more... More

The Mulberry Lodge was the first overnight stop on our hike of the West Highland Way in June 2014. Lovely inside and out. My friend and I had a small room with bunk beds but it was warm and had the ubiquitous electric kettle for a cup of tea in the room. This B&B had the best bathroom for guest... More

While I was planning to walk the WHW, I almost skipped the first bit which most people consider boring. I'm glad I didn't- not only did I get to have "lunch" at Glengoyne, I got to stay at this little gem. It was RIGHT on the trail, and about a 10 minute walk to Drymen for the pub and grocery.... During a school exchange, together with a colleague of mine, we stayed a week at Mulberry Lodge and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms are lovely and quiet, Mrs Ford is a wonderful landlady and the breakfast delicious. In the evenings we always walked to Drymen to the oldest pub in Scotland, called "The Clachan", a cosy place where you can... More

A lovely B&B. Just the right balance of freindliness and privacy. Yvonne was extremely welcoming and cooked an excellent breakfast. The French toast with bacon and maple syrup was lovely. I particularly enjoyed spending time with the adorable cat: Thackray.
