While I was planning to walk the WHW, I almost skipped the first bit which most people consider boring. I'm glad I didn't- not only did I get to have "lunch" at Glengoyne, I got to stay at this little gem. It was RIGHT on the trail, and about a 10 minute walk to Drymen for the pub and grocery.... During a school exchange, together with a colleague of mine, we stayed a week at Mulberry Lodge and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms are lovely and quiet, Mrs Ford is a wonderful landlady and the breakfast delicious. In the evenings we always walked to Drymen to the oldest pub in Scotland, called "The Clachan", a cosy place where you can... More

I am so pleased that your school exchange for a week here in Scotland was a great success. You were certainly very lucky indeed with the great weather we had at the time. All the best to you and your colleague Yvonne More

A lovely B&B. Just the right balance of freindliness and privacy. Yvonne was extremely welcoming and cooked an excellent breakfast. The French toast with bacon and maple syrup was lovely. I particularly enjoyed spending time with the adorable cat: Thackray.

I spent a night there while walking the West Higland Way and it was perfect. Spacious, clean, with nice views and access to the yard. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. It is definitely a place I'd like to recommend

We stayed at this B&B while walking the West Highland Way. It was our first stop and we were not disappointed. We had a warm welcome and a lovely, clean room with an excellent comfy bed. The bathroom downstairs was spectacular with lots of space. A great start of our holiday.

We stayed at Mulberry Lodge early August, our first stop when walking the West Highland Way. The house is beautiful and the host very warm and inviting. We were happy to stay in such a nice environment and enjoying a great shower! The breakfast was perfect and got us going again in the morning. Thank you for the hospitality.

We booked a night at Mulberry Lodge to break up a journey from NW England up to the Western Isles but it turned out to be part of our holiday in itself. Yvonne gave us a lovely welcome after a long journey and showed us into a beautiful room, complete with wooden balcony and table and chairs overlooking the lovely... More

And it could not have been more welcoming or comfortable. Lovely property right on the WHW and a short 5 minute walk from all amenities of Drymen, despite this it is surrounded by silence! The property itself is beautifully decorated and matching the character of the house. I slept very well in a double room with a single bed set... More

Close to Drymen, Mulberry Lodge is a great location for Loch Lomond and Trossachs exploration. Breakfast was delicious, with the option for french toast with maple syrup (yum) as well as the traditional cooked breakfast. Yvonne was very helpful pointing us to hiking areas nearby.

Yvonne is a lovely host treating her guests like royals, serving a very delicious breakfast. It is a quiet lokation - even though it is only a few minutes wlk to the center of Drymen. Or room even had a balkony to the nice garden.
