We stayed with David and Frances on 11/10/15 and if it wasn't for the WHW I would have never left the comfort of their beautiful home! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with such warmth, offered tea and biscuits, advised Mrs landers was only in the next room so free to help with anything we needed. The rooms... More

Frances and David are experienced and welcoming hosts. The scones and tea upon arrival were most appreciated. Small rooms but everything is provided. Shower was easy to operate and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was plentiful. Great stories from Frances who OBVIOUSLY enjoys welcoming people to her home. Ideal stopover on the West Highland Way.

Frances is very welcoming, with scones and tea upon arrival. Very chatty and lots of interesting stories to tell. Nice stop in Drymen for those walking the West Highland Way - with a dog especially. Great freshly cooked breakfast in the morning.

A very well priced B&B. It feels a lot more like staying in someone's home than your traditional B&B. Francis and David where both lovely people who couldn't have been more helpfull. In fact they were kind enough to put 3 people up in their garden as a make-shift campsite as they hadn't booked anything in advance! We ate at... More

We spend 4 wonderful days in Drymen. Francis and David are lovely people, they give us the feeling to be at home. The full scottish breakfast with fresh fruits, cereals, toast, tea or coffee and homemade jam was perfect. A wonderful place to stay - thank you.

My husband, my dog and I set out to walk the WHW, and on the first day my husband badly hurt his back. We managed to get a doctor's appointment in Milngavie and were told there was no way we'd be hiking or camping as planned. In a panic and feeling really depressed about this change in plans, we scrambled... More

Frances was extremely nice to us. She really do makes you feel at home. Helped me a lot when I was injured during the walk. If you are on the WHW, this is a great place to stay at the first night. Adam & Zohar.
