We arrived very wet from our cycle ride but were still greeted with enthusiasm and friendliness. Our hostess offered to wash and dry our clothes which was really appreciated. Best porridge in Scotland, secure place to lock the bikes. A very good choice.

We arrived a little early in the afternoon and Allison didn't answer the door. This gave us a chance to walk the 1/4 mile to town and look around. Allison was there when we returned. She put in a nice size room on the first floor. Allison suggested three local restaurants for dinner. Breakfast the next morning was large and... More

Alison was a delight, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The room was a good size on the ground floor. Unfortunately, although described as a Superior Double Room, this room only had one bedside table and lamp. One of the lights over the bed had an electrical fault and did not work. Neither did the light and shaver socket... More

Thank you both for your kind words regarding myself. I think it was just very unfortunate that all of these issues happened to you while staying with us. I can only apologise for the small issues that arose and were resolved as quickly as possible or in some cases immediately. I can assure you that it was thankfully a very... More

Alison was waiting at the door for our arrival. Say good bye to the archetypical landlady - this lady has style and lots of it. Made sure that we had everything that we needed and made suggestions as to where we may wish to eat. There is even provision to bring in your evening meal and use the facilities of... More

This is a well-located B&B, a short level walk from the centre of Balloch and the Loch Lomond experience. Alison is a very welcoming and helpful hostess. The rooms (I experienced two of them) were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying. The wifi reception is a bit hit and miss, but I usually found somewhere it worked. Recommendable.

This place was absolutely charming and picturesque. We didn't have a reservation but the hosts were very accommodating and gracious. I would highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast to anyone going to Balloch.

We had no problem locating the place, Its a small B&B where you deal with the Owner. The room was ok, TV a little small but it is a B&B. Bathroom good size and the room very warm and cosy. Tea / Coffee Biscuits Etc included. All you need from a B&B. Breakfast is extra, and we had not realised... More

We spent two nights at this B&B and it was excellent in all respects. The room and ensuite was a good size and spotlessly clean. There was off-street parking and free wifi. The location was also fantastic being just a short walk to the town and the pier for the Loch Lomond cruises. Breakfast also was very good. The owner,... More

Arrived to a warm welcome from Alison, We had the attic room which was small but quiet, comfortable and clean, the only negative being it was very hot. The breakfast was excellent. Location is very handy to the town centre
