From the moment we arrived, Reg our host for the week, made us feel most welcome. The view from our bedroom, looking across Loch Long was unbelievable, the room was large and uncluttered, the bed was really comfortable. The breakfasts, we were spoilt for choice and the quality and service were excellent. We also met the rest of the family,... More

This is probably the best B&B we have taken. The B&B is spotless and surrounded by Reg's well-tended gardens. There is plenty of room for parking in front of the house. The bedroom is comfortable and spacious and the bathroom quite large. The view across the loch is spectacular. Reg is most helpful and his breakfast is cooked to order.... More

Reg is by far the best host I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He makes you feel you are staying with a friend as nothing is too much trouble to make your stay welcome. This B&B has stunning views across Loch Long and a great location to go explore the countryside; climbing the Cobbler for the more energetic! Breakfast... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in May and Reg was a very friendly, hospitable host who had reserved a table at the local restaurant incase we hadn't eaten which was very considerate. The B&B is very clean and Reg offers a varied breakfast menu. We were away for the weekend to climb The Cobbler which we did early on... More

Lovely house overlooking Loch Long with magnificent views from both the bedroom and dining room. Reg is a very entertaining host with many funny tales to tell. Two lovely dogs greet you and there is a tranquillity to the house. I would recommend staying there particularly if you want to travel around, be it Loch Lomond, The Trossachs or that... More

Braemor has stunning views over Loch Long and on to The Cobbler. Rooms are well equipped, spacious and scrupulously clean and you can stand at the window and watch the wildlife in the Loch and see the changing shadows on the mountains beyond. Reg is the ultimate host, making sure we had things to do each day and serving us... More

We were welcomed by the host, Reg, in the most friendly way. The room we stayed in was quite spacious, perfectly clean and neat and had a great view over Loch Long and to the Cobbler. The street noise reaches up to the house, but it was quite during the night. The breakfast was wonderful and Reg served it in... More

Stayed here in May. Superb. Reg is a great host and nothing is to much trouble! Clean and tidy rooms, great breakfasts with views over the loch towards the cobbler. Plenty parking spaces. Good selection of local eating places as well.

I can only add to what others have said. Braemor and its lovely host Reg were perfect. Quiet location above Loch Long and fab view over the water to The Cobbler. V impressive garden on a very steep slope - all credit to the gardener! Reg called us down to see the red deer - they may be a pest... More
