I do not mind staying in a lower end hotel, but this was unacceptable. There were holes in the wall and the bathroom door. The bathroom facet was broken. The shower did not work properly. Toilet paper and kleenex were not readily available and hard to get from the staff. The towels looked overused and poorly cleaned. I was afraid... More

THIS ROOM WAS THE WORST ROOM I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.We no more walked and back out..They would not give us our money back..They are dishonest thieves..I'm reporting this to better business Bureau. .They didn't have toilet paper ..They had replaced it with brown paper towels in the floor..Burns in sheets and nasty carpet. .Not fit for a... My husband and I stayed here for one week while we obtained a place to live as we are new in town. We had to borrow money to get out quicker. The lobby stinks. The managers let their children run around looking like ragdolls. The rooms are disgusting and our sheets were blood stained. The towels and wash clothes looked... More

We asked to see a non-smoking room and were led to a stench filled room that smelled like a wet ashtray. The pool was drained. This is a really low end property. If your health is important to you, I suggest finding another place to stay.

they don't work with you, they say it your problem, had to clean the room before you can sleep in it, mold in the shower, floor/carpet not clean, had to spend 300 dollars on new sheet, cleaning supplies, found bed bugs in the bed before I got into it, They would not refund the money paid, It is more like... Be very careful when booking online with Inn. Rooms are really bad. Toilet broke, no microwave/refridge unless you complain.A/C did not work without repair. When we complained we were told their was no refund. Do not under and circumstances pay in advance w/o seeing the rooms. Would rate less than one star but don't have that option

I was in town for a benefit wrestling show for my dad who has cancer. I booked this room online. When I arrived the tiny lobby stunk so bad. No one was to be found although when I rang the bell a woman peeked out the door and asked me to hold on because she was tending to a baby!... More

This hotel advertises continental breakfast. They did not provide it either day that we were there. We could not get any service without going down to the office and picking up things like towels, toilet paper, ice bucket, coffee packets. When we complained about the service we were told to leave if we weren't happy but that the second night... More

First of all I would like to start by saying that the smell in the lobby was unbearable and the front desk clerk looked as if she just got out of bed. When we finally got our room at 10:00 at night paying $60 we immediately left to go eat. When we returned inspected the room throughly and found a... More

Staying at this hotel was just awful! We reserved our room through Travelocity and wanted a king sized bed on a bottom floor. What we got when we arrived was the handicapped room which has the entrance to the room from inside the lobby. We were told that the room next to ours would be under construction and an apology...
