We stayed in the Drovers Inn on the 14th of may 2015. In the Netherlands we saw a tv-program in which the Inn was described. And of course the haunted room. So we had high expectations of the 300 year old Inn. And we are certainly not disappointed. It was very beautiful and warm. With carpet on the bathroomfloor. It... More

Decided on passing to have a look in, maybe having a drink whilst there. What a fantastic place! Food top notch, dog friendly, great pint of Guinness. So good we decided to stsy the night if there was room available in the original Inn (1705) and luckily we managed to book Jacuzzi room. It was £110 plus £5 for dogs... More

Myself, my husband, my sister and her husband had booked a family room on the 2nd May when we arrived we got told unfortunately the room had been double booked, at the time we were really unhappy we both recently had babies so this was our first outing child free. The management apologised profoundly. They offered to phone a near... More

We have staid several times at The Drovers and always enjoyed it . We staid here on Sat 2nd May The entertainment, one gentleman singing who looked like a rock star His act was embarrassing to say the least ,his language was rude and course commenting unfavourably on tourists and insulting Scotland . If this is what the Drovers is... More

Beautiful scenery and location. Rooms are just ok, jacuzzi tub was nice! The inn itself is historic and worth seeing, but rooms a little overpriced. The room was clean and cozy and the food at the inn is good traditional pub food.

I'm surprised this place is haunted as I surely wouldn't be hanging around. All dressed up as quaint and quirky but when it comes down to the fundamentals of bed and food, the Drovers falls well short of the mark. You could call the plumbing quirky if you were kind or you could call it a shocker. After a long... More

I have just returned from walking the West Highland Way during which I spent a night at the Drovers Inn. The room allocated (in the accommodation across the road) was not of a standard I would expect for £100 B&B although to be fair the bedding was clean and good enough quality. The breakfast was a shambles and awful and... More

The inn's very nice and has a typical scottish style decoration. The rooms are good and clean as well as the bathrooms. The staff is nice. However, there is no wi-fi. Or the signal is so low you can't connect. But it's also the point: to disconnect. The food is not great neither: I tried the Fish and Chips and... More

The Drovers was fun to visit and very quirky, the staff were very friendly. It is a one of a kind place. We had breakfast, the food was OK. I Would have preferred real rolls with the bacon instead of the floury baps which come in big bags. Yes food could have been better especially when people come a distance... More

Love visiting this inn and try to go at least once a year. If you want five stars then this is not the place for you. It's all very old and the toilets are not ideal but It's all about the atmosphere and it's quirky ness.
