Every time we come to Scotland we stop here for food as we cannot fault it. Haggis Neeps and Tatties are a firm favourite with us. This time I tried the burger with Haggis and was not disappointed. It was huge and only just managed to finish it. It is always very busy and the staff do a great job... More

Very impressed by the original features and unusual decor of the place. Food was good, reasonably priced and served quickly (despite it being extremely busy).Completely spoilt however by a trip to the Ladies toilets which were appalling and should be condemned by any health and safety officer who checks the place out...cracked floor and wall tiles, blocked toilet, no locks... This old place truly has historical atmosphere and charm. The staff are (in the main) friendly, the food is good but sadly that's where it ends. Stay at your peril but I wouldn't advise it! On more than one occasion I have encountered several foul mouthed drunks who have been on the verge of a fight with anyone who dared... More

bar and restaurant has the old timey charm. but rooms were terrible compared to the rest of the west highland way accomodations. beds were so old and worn that there are lumps in the mattress from all the people sleeping on them over the years. there was a gaping behind the dresser and next to the shower. when i looked... Very cool old building with great atmosphere inside. Food was great - including vegetarian options. Stayed the nite during our west highland way hike. Our room was across the road in the lodge and was very dark and basic. It was functional but not remotely worth the price. Wifi was only in the pub and didn't work at any point... More

I've been to the Drover's many times now. Our most recent visit was with family to take my Mum here for her birthday as she loves it. To put it into perspective we have an 1.5hr drive to get here, so have many lovely restaurants closer by, however you don't go to the Drovers just for the food, in the... More

We arrived here at the start of our travels through Scotland. The pub itself is not to be missed!! The age and history along with the quirky decor and lovely food was fab, we loved it. The staff were also very welcoming and very good at what they do. We stayed in the lodges over the road which are part... More

We have stayed here twice now within two months. Yes, it looks old and yes has cobwebs on the windows - outside. But it is clean, relaxing, atmospheric and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Rob Roy Family room. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The room had plenty of room. The bar area had so... More

Stayed here one night while walking WHW. The accommodations are old and spooky, but that's what you would expect with a place this old. What blew us away was the wonderful service and FANTASTIC cullen skink. Heavenly!!!! It's worth the trip just for that!

Friendly and very atmospheric this 300+ Year Old Inn has outstanding, unrivaled decor which together with its real log & peat fires make for an unforgettable stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable but in keeping with the atmosphere and history of the Inn. Those who criticise the experience of staying here have missed the entire point of the booking... More
