Stopped for lunch. Amazing! Second time here for food. Never stayed overnight so can't comment. Staff very nice and offer great service. Bar area is cosy and has two log burners. Lobby area full of stuffed animals. Would definitely return for food and probably try the overnight stay even although I would be going against the reviews. :)

We had been to the Drovers before so we decided to stop off on our way to Glen Coe and once again we were not disappointed. The service was excellent, it was quiet but the food was great. The scenery with all the snow was stunning. This wee place is worth returning to and or visited.

I hardly ever write a harsh review or give a 1-star rating, but the Drovers Inn easily earned both. I’m actually not a picky traveler, and I’m generally a very good sport with respect to less-than-ideal accommodations. It’s also worth noting that the staff was friendly, and there were no specific problems which would cause me to write a “revenge... More

I visited the Drovers with my husband and our friends for the first time on Saturday night. We got there about 8.30pm so it was pitch dark. We went for something to eat in one of the restaurants. Our waiter was lovely. Funny guy and nothing was to much trouble. He was just back from Thailand unfortunately I didn't get... More

We stayed across the road and hada jacuzzi bath... lush. And our friends stayed up stairs with a 4 poster. Loved the oldy worldy... More

I regularly travel from Glasgow to Oban, when I do its a must that I stop in at the Drovers Inn for some food & a drink. I love the coal fires and the cosy atmosphere. The first step you take inside is like going back in time to Scottish History. The staff are all dressed in kilts and are... More

The drovers inn, a wee lovely 300 year old cozy inn which still reminds one of the past good old days...As it is in the middle of nowhere it has a very quite & peaceful environment, that you can hear the Beinglas waterfalls from your room. We were a family of 4 & we got to stay in the family... More

It has been quite a time since I was last in the Drovers, and what it might lack in some aspects;it more than makes up for in character, setting, service, and atmosphere. As a group we arrived for a drink, and that of tea and coffee. With regards to tea and coffee, this was brought to our table with some good banter. The Gents toilets are now in a...
