The Drovers was fun to visit and very quirky, the staff were very friendly. It is a one of a kind place. We had breakfast, the food was OK. I Would have preferred real rolls with the bacon instead of the floury baps which come in big bags. Yes food could have been better especially when people come a distance... More

Love visiting this inn and try to go at least once a year. If you want five stars then this is not the place for you. It's all very old and the toilets are not ideal but It's all about the atmosphere and it's quirky ness.

What can I say about this place. Their marketing says: this is not a themed pub, it's the real deal. Bang on I say. If you want white walls, light wood furniture and spotlights for lighting, don't bother. If you want wi-fi in every area of breathing space, don't bother. If you don't understand real Scottish history then this is... More

Paid a visit to drovers inn with family and ordered both the mushroom soup special and scotch broth, then their special ale pie, haggis , sausage& mash. Food was all excellent and piping hot. Service was excellent and would recommend.

My wife and I stayed in room 3 within The Drovers Inn on Sunday 5th April 2015. After a long day of walking, 12 hours to be precise, I had 3 things I longed for; a good wash, a hearty meal and a good night's sleep. As the song goes '2 out of 3 ain't bad' however 1 out of... More

The Drovers Inn divides opinion and rightly so. On the upside this is authentic, atmospheric Highlands accommodation and the staff are both friendly and attentive. On the downside it is rather run down and needs a good clean and tlc. The wifi "doesn't work with Apple phones".... If the latter things bother you then crack on to Crianlarich but if... More

My husband and I stayed at the Drovers whilst on the way to the ferry at Ullerpool. Yes it is old but has been allowed to totally run down over the years .Our room was small dinghy and had a cracked mirror. The mattress had a plastic incontinence cover over which was extremely uncomfortable. When we booked they had explained we... More
