We have just had an excellent overnight stay at this delightful B and B overlooking the Kyles of Bute. Iain and Veronica gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our lovely room which was spotless. A terrific breakfast served in the bright conservatory before heading for the ferry. Highly recommend and we will definitely visit again.

Comfortable, clean rooms, excellent breakfast in conservatory overlooking stupendous view. Owners Ian & Veronica friendly & helpful. Very quiet (silent!) location so great night's sleep.. Would certainly stay here again.

We spent three nights in this B&B located in Tighnabruich with great views over the Kyles of Bute. Our room was clean, bright and roomy with a good view. Iain and Veronica were perfect hosts ie not in your face but there when we needed them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A very friendly helpful couple run this ideally placed B/B. beautiful views over the Kyle from room. Also a delicious vegetarian breakfast, Veronica is a very good cook, food freshly prepared. I hope to go again and am recommending this place to other vegetarians and vegans.

We were surprised to find new owners when we arrived at Tregortha, but Ian and Veronica offered a warm welcome and a very nice room with a wonderful view out over Tighnabruich to the Kyles of Bute. This area is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk to the village made a store, a pub and several choices for meals available. Breakfast... More

After cycling from Arran we arrived at Treghortha very tired and soaked. We were given a lovely welcome , shown to a beautiful room and the bikes were locked away in the garage. The owners recommended several locations for our evening meal, the Bistro was closed on aTuesday but the Wellpark Hotel was very friendly and food was good. Breakfast... More

We visited this area for the first time in May and couldn't have been happier with the welcome at Tregortha. The rooms were lovely and the breakfasts perfect. The weather wasn't good but the owners more than made up for this by making us feel so at home. We also had a great meal in the Bistro restaurant. Would definitely... More

I very much doubt it!!. Four of us stayed here for a night whilst on a cycle tour and we all voted it the best stay of our holiday. A very warm welcome, excellent rooms and tremendous breakfast. Not to mention views to die for. A short walk to the pub at Kames for proper local beer and a quality... More

I stayed at Treghortha B&B for two nights in April 2014 with my boyfriend. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay and we were both delighted with our accommodation. The owners were lovely and made us feel so welcome - the breakfast was cooked to perfection. The view is sensational and the location is central yet remote and peaceful. If you... More
