Had a fantastic stay at Brander Lodge Hotel for a family wedding. David and Sheila couldn't do enough for us all. The Rooms are lovely, the food was great, and the hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere. We all had a great time. The hotel is situated at top of loch awe and a 40 min drive from Oban.... More

We came up for a wedding at the hotel, the place was packed and despite that management and staff were extremely helpful. We ended up staying for a week after the wedding and the service was consistent. Thanks to Dave and Sheila, bar staff and front of house Emma, Magda, Grant and Of course to Tam the chef. We'd recommend... More

My family and I had the greatest fortune staying at Brander Lodge last November. We cannot fault the standard of hospitality, the great food or how clean the rooms and bathrooms were. We were genuinely impressed. Our hosts ensured our total comfort and nothing was too much trouble. Every step of the way, we felt that our hosts were genuinely... More

Hi, A really nice place to stay with super friendly staff and owner who go out of their way to help. The rooms are well done, wifi is good and the bedding is excellent. Showers are fine but need a bit of work but plenty of space. Top location to go exploring and have adventures. Has a drying room too... More

Stayed for 2 nights with friends. Very friendly owners, who helped us with selecting and booking a trip to Mull, Staffa and Iona. Rooms a tad bit small, but they were very clean and had a lot of light giving them a very welcoming look. The hotel has been recently refurbished (I think). It has good wifi signal (free), good... Out of the many appealing aspects of Brander Lodge, the hotel's Drying Room is worth an honourable mention. The manager told us that this feature is not only great for soggy walkers (like we were after a day on the local hills) but is also appreciated by the RNLI who visit the area for training. The staff were universally friendly... More

From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't be more helpful. The grounds are beautiful, we loved the tree swing. The rooms are a little dated but clean. The food was fantastic and very reasonable. It's a very peaceful place. Would definitely stay there again.

The welcome was warm and genuine, the staff were universally friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. The place could do with a lick of paint in places but it is thoroughly good value for money.
