A converted old cinema in Lochgilphead provides good value B&B accomodation if you want or have to stay in the Lochgilphead area. Located near the centre of the town. I had large nicely decorated twin en suite room for £35 B&B which was very good value. Nice bathroom. Nice breakfast. Friendly hosts. Car park. Free wifi although the signal comes... more

The owners' seem to live on the premises, upstairs from the guest rooms, nice to know they are always... more

Can't believe the number of of reviews saying the owners were really nice. They were rude from the word go, giving us abuse abuse for arriving at 12.00 noon, as opposed to 11am. We were at a wedding some distance out of town. They were waiting up for us and told us to go to bed before we'd even got... more

Thank you for your comments. We would like everyone to have a good time and enjoy themselves but not everyone wishes to party until 5am and we have to consider our other guests, some of whom were leaving for an early ferry. As regards to smoking out of the window, this is not permissable as far as the non smoking...

Stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed the friendly service from Ele and Jim. An excellent breakfast was served with friendly chat. Rooms kept immaculately clean by Angela who obviously enjoys her job. Beautiful part of Scotland. Would definitely stay again. more
