Charming, generous and eccentric. Everything you need for a night's rest walking the Way plus loads of free chocolate and meringues, and the best breakfast selection of any B&B I've stayed (I had a delicious whole trout for breakfast!). Eccentric sparkled black marble floor in the bathroom with coloured lights to create an almost disco effect! Heaps of hotel-style stuff... More

Walking the WHW we stayed for 1 night only, but enjoyed every minute! The room was large, very nicely decorated and all kinds of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biskuits were provided. A superb bathroom invited to take a hot bath. There was even a foot-spa placed in our room. Our hosts have been very friendly and as well helpful... More

We were doing West Highland Way with my wife and a friend on bikes, and stopped here for one night. I've made a reservation just five days before arrival without even checking what kind of guest house it is. Let me just say, I was sooo surprised and impressed with everything, that I decided to put my first review up... More

I was here in 2008 and immediately knew I had to go back here during my next visit to Schotland. Everything in this bed&breakfast says "WELCOME", the cozyness, the superfriendly owners, the fresh fruits waiting for you, all the little thoughtfull details around your room: your stay here will be wonderfull!

Having walked in teaming rain we were greeted with a warm highland welcome to this wonderful place. We have done the West Highland way for the 5th time and stayed here twice before, but this was exceptional, Greeted with a friendly smile and cake our room was exceptional. A hospitality tray to die for with more choice that you would... More

We stopped here along the West Highland Way and were overwhelmed by the food! Mrs. Robertson brings in the freshest food in the area: fruit, meats, eggs. It is all delicious. The breakfast is enormous. The rooms are extremely pleasant, spacious, and immaculately clean. Our bathroom was huge and supplied with everything we could have possibly needed, including a foot... All I can say is that our room had everything that we needed and things we didn't even know we needed! It was a tiny room but very well appointed and comfortable. The best shower too - really good water pressure. The room had robes, slippers, every toiletry you need from shampoo, to toothbrush and razor, face cloths, and foot... More

We had a lovely overnight stay here ; very welcoming, no comments about the mess we were bringing from our walk [ The West Highland way ] . A "sugar hit' on arrival meringue with fresh fruit ; help yourself to as much fruit as we wanted. Lovely room with a bath and a shower that worked well. Large comfortable... More

Run by a very nice innkeeper and her family. Great lunch for takeaway, fantastic breakfast and superior rooms (ask for #2). Short walk to the river for dining options. Very pleasant and inviting. Would make a point to visit again and say hello to Elcie.

Arrived after 2nd last day of WHW soaked to the skin. Our host Drew was very welcoming and showed us to the drying room which did a great job overnight on our wet gear. Room was very good with excellent ensuite facilities and comfy bed. Loads of chocolate and biscuits with a free gift for both of us to take... More
