We stayed 2 nights whilst touring in the area and received a warm welcome. The breakfasts were excellent, although it seemed a little odd having to place an order the night before. The building is obviously quite old and all the floorboards creaked but that added to the charm for us. Excellent bar meals were available in the evening and... More

Had one meal there during a hiking holiday in Scotland. Good solid food no fuzz but just the nice food you would expect from a Scottish inn. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was cosy with lots of other walkers drinking and chatting. Definitely a place I will recommend

If you like your food microwaved and arriving within 5 mins of ordering you will enjoy. Prices seem to reflect a different and expect a higher quality of food. Fish n chip shop behind l would try that or look for other options.

Spent a wet Saturday afternoon there during my stag do. Old fashioned bar with friendly locals. Very reasonable priced meal deal and cracking home cooked menu...good selection of bottled beers and nice craft ale on tap. Thank you for putting up with us.

Stayed here whilst completing the west highland way, nice staff, nice food and drink, more a cosy than smart place and that was a good thing. Seem to be a popular place to eat in the evening, although once food was ordered it came quickly . Best of all it was on route to WHW.

A typical, clean, friendly place to stay with good Food and a nice atmosphere. Did the way third time, first time I did not get a room there so was only for Food and drink. This time we were lucky. And specially compared to most other places, Restaurant and rooms are really clean! Good breakfast too. Sure again!

we stayed here with our parents so we could do a bit of sight seeing, it proved a great place to stay, great breakfast and good food served all day, there was a good atmosphere in the inn at all times, looking to go back at some point.

Kinlochleven is a great place to visit and the Trailrace Inn is a nice place to stay! The location is wonderful for hiking on the West Highland Way. The food is good, the village is lovely and the people are nice. Cheers!

I recently booked a room at the Trailrace Inn to join some friends for a night away in the highlands. Unfortunately due to ill health I had to cancel 4 days before. The Inn charged me the full amount for the night! I had booked the room online using Booking.com so had to give my card details at time of... More
