Had a wonderful night away with my wife whilst on tour of the west coast. We loved the setting and the seafood was brilliant. The rooms was comfortable and had a lovely view. We did not make use of the pool. Breakfast was good we will definately return Thanks for a good stay

Booked a late booking and so glad we got in. Friendly staff and great views to accompany the good food. Nice restaurant overlooking the loch and pier, sets the scene for a relaxing evening and retire to a well appointed room, go for a swim and sauna in the morning, how relaxed we felt, asked if we could stay another... Just back from a glorious couple of days in this hotel. It was intended as a bit of a treat, and certainly exceeded expectations - spacious room, magical views, fabulous food and a rather gorgeous bathroom. The service was particularly good, and I'm not surprised that many of the other guests seemed to be repeat visitors. It's not a budget... More

We stayed here for two nights this week. The location is stunning, even though the weather wasn't great and the views across the loch were decidedly misty. We had room no 2, which was a large room with a very nice balcony, facing out to the water. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed huge, the mattress firm... More

Loved this Hotel! Beautiful views--the room was awesome. It was my husband and I and our 21 year old daughter. We had a King bed and a cot for her but the room and the decor was beautiful. The beautiful bathroom had a tub and a separate shower. Can't beat the view of Loch Linnhe and the West Highlands. All of... More

The first room that we got was on the third floor. The heating in the bathroom did not work so we were moved to a different room on the 2nd floor. Lucky us! The second room was much much nicer, better organized and comfortable. It was nice, warm and cozy. We liked especially sitting in the room and watching the... More

I was part of a group of over 20 who stayed at the Holly Tree for two nights during a touring holiday in Scotland. The hotel is fantastically situated to take advantage of the west coast of Scotland, being between Oban & Fortwilliam and is thus at the gateway to the west highlands, including Glencoe & Ben Nevis. Our double... More

Stayed here for two nights, good spacious room with all rooms overlooking the Lough, plenty wardrobe space and hangers, comfy beds, tea coffee and lovely biscuits, iron and board, chairs to sit and view the fantastic view of the lough, staff very friendly and smiles all round. The bathroom has a shower in the bath with plenty of towels, its... More

We visit The Hollybush and stay overnight four times a year on our way to Mull. Last year we spent a week in their bungalows which was equipped to a very high standard. This hotel is striking because of the care which the staff take to ensure that needs are met in a very helpful way. My husband is in... More

Holly Tree Hotel was an overnight stop for us on our way to Torridon from Islay. Our GPS took us through the B-roads and this in itself was an adventure. Be wary if your GPS takes you on B-road short cuts. We were placed on the 1st floor and had a view of the loch and mountains beyond. Our room... More
