We were only here one night but found it very comfortable. The owners were friendly and we had a good breakfast before departing. The weather wasn't the best the day we arrived but the room had a loch view which would have been lovely in better weather!

An all-round immaculate property with a high standard of B&B accommodation and great hospitality from Anna and Sandy. Our miniature schnauzer was made very welcome too. The property is in a lovely setting overlooking Loch Ewe a short drive from Poolewe and Inverewe Gardens.

My wife and I stayed in several delightful places in Scotland, but for whatever reason, this one stood out as a place that we really did not want to leave. It might have been the scenery, the delicious breakfast, the lovely garden, or the comfortable clean rooms, but I think what made this place stand out in our memory was... More

We came to stay here by default. We planned to stay in Kyleakin itself but there weren't many options still open in late October. Fortunately Sam Gillies at Ceol-Na-Mara b&b, which was open but had no vacancy, kindly called the owners of this b&b and so we met Greta Sheedy. Without a doubt this must be the most spic and... A really lovely place to stay, spotlessly clean and fresh room with beautiful bathroom. Anna and Sandy are really friendly and will a good time for a big chat. My breakfast of Sandy's freshly caught mackerel beautifully cooked by Anna is totally memorable and a highlight of my trip. And with wonderful views across Loch Ewe to gaze on while... More

Nice location, super tidy and clean room and bathroom. Anna was very friendly and helpful and helped us out with an emergency with our dog. Great breakfast too and she did not mind at all making it a little bit earlier when we were heading out early for a few days. I can really recommend this!

This B&B is one of the best during our stay in Scotland. A beautifull room with a royal bathroom. While having breakfast in the morning you can enjoy the stunning view over Loch Ewe. In the afternoon of evening after exploring the area you can join Anna and Sandy in the living room if you like and sharing a cup... More

We enjoyed our stay at Mo-Dhachaidh. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The owner was very warm and friendly. It was excellent value as we paid 60 pounds per night for 2 ppl and for this we had an ensuite room and the full range of breakfast options: continental and cooked. The B&B is near Poolewe in the Gairloch... More

Stayed here one night before walking in the wilds. Great place, clean, fresh and unfussy with nice, unexpected little touches. Seemed newly done up and bathroom was far nicer than ours at home!! Good breakfast. Hosts very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. It's a lovely area and well worth the extra few miles from Poolewe or Gairloch. Oh and... More
