Booked this b&b after reading the reviews in trip advisor. Was not disappointed. A very warm welcome from the owners at this lovely cottage which is in a very nice part of poolewe. Fantastic breakfast to set us up for the day. Just wished we could have stayed longer. Would definatly return ! Thanks again

The location of this B & B is stunning with a glorious view of Loch Ewe. David the owner is friendly and full of information about the area and places to go and see. It is a lovely quiet setting and there are bird feeders close to the windows which provide lots of interest. Our room was comfortable but a... More

Having just completed our fifth visit to Bruach Ard it is hard to believe that there is a better view than the one from Bruach Ard , out over Loch Ewe and across to the Cullins. It is a simply stunning setting for this excellent and well run establishment, with a warm welcome from our host, immaculate rooms, and a... More

We stayed at Bruach Ard for 2 nights during our 3 week trip of Scotland. We received a warm welcome by the owner. David provides lots of information about local activities, and hiking possibilities in particular. In addition, you receive several pages of practical information in advance upon booking. But David also checked the local "what's on" for us to... More

My wife and I stayed at Bruach Ard in early September for three nights. We arrived in the evening by bus in Poolewe where we were welcomed by our host, David, who drove us to our destination in Inverasdale. Each day David presented us with an appetizing varied breakfast menu and easily engaged us in enjoyable conversation. Our en-suite room... More

An excellent B&B with 'top of the range' breakfasts; super en suite rooms; comfortable lounge for guests; beautiful panoramic views - in a peaceful location near Inverewe Gardens; ample parking. Suggest programming tomtom sat navs with postal address rather than the postcode or keep your eyes peeled for the B&B sign.

We stayed 3 nights here and enjoyed the quiet, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Our room had the best panoramic views of anywhere we've ever stayed in the Highlands. David is a helpful and knowledgeable host ready to provide up to date information about walking routes, and a daily weather forecast. He also cooks a sumptuous breakfast.

We only stayed for one night, but had a wonderful stay. David's a great host who really looks after his guest. The views from the huge windows are stunning, the place spotlessly clean and the breakfasts are yummy (try their variation on Eggs Benedict). I'm being picky really by only giving it four stars, but only because we stayed in... More

Really great B&B, very quiet, clean, comfortable, rooms are spacious, breakfast very good, views are fantastic. David is a very good host, makes you feel welcome and at home. We recommend if you are looking for a quiet place after a good day outside walking or visiting, a good break far away from the busy life.
