Allan and Delwyn combine as wonderful hosts to provide a B&B of exceptional quality. Our front queen room was beautifully decorated, had fine quality linen, was spacious, had a super ensuite with fantastic water pressure in the shower and a stunning view! The lounge and the breakfast area also have awesome views. Breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity. You... More

We spent a great three nights here whilst touring the NW of Scotland and everything was perfect including the weather on this occasion. The bedroom was very comfortable and the guest lounge beautifully decorated with a stunning view over Loch Ewe. The very filling and tasty breakfast kept us going all day; we then ate out in Gairloch two evenings... More

We were in Poolewe to see the famous Inverewe Gardens and had booked at Bruach Ard based on its reviews. We followed the wee road from Poolewe along the western side of the loch and thanks to the well-thought-out directions found the house without difficulty. The first impact was of course the fantastic view across the loch. Second impact was... More

We stayed at Bruach Ard for two nights. It was a lovely room, decorated with great sheets. The guest lounge had a great view over the sea, a lot of DVDs and games and comfy sofas for a nice evening. The hosts were kind and lovely - we felt at home from the first second. The breakfast was extraordinary and... More

We had a great night's stay here. Lovely accommodation and a great breakfast, well cooked by Allan. He and Delwyn are great hosts. We didn't want to travel too far for an evening meal so went to the Poolewe Hotel - food okay but a rather Faulty Towers experience altogether! Worth bearing in mind that it is some distance from... Travelling along the north-west coast of Scotland we stayed one night in this lovely B&B. We had a luxurious room with amazing views of Loch Ewe and an access to a spacious and comfortable lounge. Our host was very friendly and welcoming and we really enjoyed the stay. Particularly happy was our ten year old who had an opportunity to... More

I can highly recommend this B&B!We had the kingsize room with a stunning view over the loch. Apart from the room, the guests can use a very nice living room, which is especially for the guests. All rooms are very clean and spacious. Allan was extremly friendly and there for us whenever we needed anything. He gave us very good... More

Bruach Ard is ideally placed, with stunning views. The rooms are beautifully presented. My short stay was thoroughly enjoyable, with emphasis on comfort and relaxation. Delwyn and Allan were available to provide very pleasant and informative company, as required. Definitely one to book. Gillian H

We spend only one night but it was a very good experience. The room was very very clean and Delwyn and Allan were thoughtful and kind. We had a lovely breakfast talking to Allan, who gave us tips and lots of information about their life there. It was very interesting. Delwyn was so kind to book for us a table... More

Very comfortable rooms with fantastic views overlooking Loch Ewe. Great communications with the hosts before leaving for Scotland! Warm & friendly with lots of local advice offered, especially the drive north to the end of the narrow road for fantastic views of the loch and highlands, and for the history of the Russian supply posts during WWII. Great to watch... More
