The Hotel does have a great location, however the rooms, dining room and bar are very dated and in need of updating. The dark brown walls in the bathroom and homemade stencilled freeze were particular examples of things that could go. With a lick of paint and a few more smiles from the staff the location would sell this hotel.... more

Fantastic location in the Scottish Highlands with beautiful views across the lochs and mountains. Hotel itself is like many encountered in the Highlands in that it is now suddenly fashionable thanks to never updating their 1970's decor. Retro is back in style at this hotel.
