Went into Uig proper looking for Cuil Lodge just after the ferry had docked so the town centre was filled with cars/fumes. Fortunately, Cuil Lodge Guest House is across the bay (about 2km from the ferry terminal) which might be a disadvantage for ferry catchers without a car, but the the views of the sunset from the guest house are... more

Uig isn't where most people go when they visit Scotland, and that is what makes it so special.
