My husband and I had one night here with Kevin and Christine on our tour around Skye and wished we had booked in for more. They are both extremely welcoming and happy to offer advice and local knowledge to enhance your stay. The house is off the beaten track and delightful with their free-ranging hens and other livestock. The room... More

Our hosts, Kevin and Christine were simply wonderful. Very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful home made duck dinner from home grown ducks! Loved the menagerie - ducks and hens and THE Rooster! Very good room. Top marks We went to the Uig hotel for a quick lunch before the boat. Lots to see further North before getting on the boat. Ask... More

It’s been a year since we stayed at this B&B, but my husband and I told ourselves that we had to write a review of this place because it was the most delightful B&B! It’s the stuff of romantic movies, without being overdone or breaking the bank. A bit remote (you need a car to access it), but super picturesque.... More

Have just spent the night at this bed and breakfast with my partner before catching the ferry to Isle Harris. I cannot fault anything. From the moment we arrived the welcome was warm and down to earth so we could relax totally. Our room (no3) was big enough to move about in but a nice size for keeping warm and... More

Great hosts, Christine & Kevin gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel so much at home. No curfew for returning after a night out. The room was very comfortable with nice toiletries and tea/coffee and very tasty biscuits. A nice varied menu for breakfast, cooked to perfection. We didn't have the evening meal but it sounded very... More

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely B&B run by a really friendly and hospitable couple. The house is set in the countryside with just the birds and sheep as neighbours but is only a short car ride away from Uig or Portree. The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, decent shower and is very quiet. While... More

Perfectly placed for the Uig Ferry only ten minutes away Garybuie is in a lovely remote valley. The evening meal was home cooked and so good my vegetarian wife got the recipe. Hens roam the garden promising a special breakfast (food miles measured in feet). We awoke early and froze the room out by leaning out of the bedroom listening... More

Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful whilst also giving us space. They offered advice when needed and recommended lots of places to visit and interesting things to see. The breakfast both mornings was great. And I appreciated that there were lots of options. The setting for breakfast is also lovely - out in the conservatory where you can sit... More
